We welcome you to our oceanside 4 BR, 2 bath home in a family-friendly neighborhood on a lifeguarded beach. The open floor plan includes living spaces on both ends of the kitchen. Walk into a spacious living room with a smart tv, lots of games, and a breakfast bar cutout into the kitchen. The eat-in kitchen with a table that seats 8 is fully stocked for all your cooking needs - griddle, blender, waffle maker, microwave, coffee maker, etc. In the back of the house relax in the sunroom streaming with natural light, lots of seating and a wine fridge and dry bar. The whole home was recently updated with new heating/cooling to keep things at your perfect temperature! Smart tvs are located in the living room, main bedroom, and queen bedroom. One full bathroom downstairs, and one upstairs. Washer/dryer. This home is perfect for one or two families.
This home is located on a handicap accessible beach with a lifeguard. There are 5 season beach badges for all guests over age 12.

Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - 1 twin bed, 1 bunk bed (3 twins total)
Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - 4 twin beds, desk for remote learning/working

Haven Beach has some of the largest beaches on the island! Our home is also right off of Beach Ave. This 15 mph road is the best for walking and biking - it goes for miles!!
Before and after your visit the home will be professionally cleaned and sanitized. We have put a lot of effort into finding the right cleaning/management service to do this. There is an additional $165 cleaning fee with each booking.
Summer rentals are only 6 or 7 day rentals.
Please no pets, no smoking, no parties.

Terrific House
The owners Lindsey and David are very helpful and easy to reach with questions. The house is wonderful, close to the beach, great location and terrific backyard for families. They also have beach stuff (umbrella, toys, bikes etc) for use by renters.

Building upon our review and visit from last year, our return to this property says it all. The property, location, and LBI community offer the opportunity for a great family vacation. The home fix perfectly for our family and made for another great week in LBI. Looking forward to 2023 already!

Great family vacation!
We had a wonderful family vacation at your home. Thank you so much for being such great hosts! You were so responsive to all my questions. The house had everything you needed. We had several family dinners around the kitchen table and enjoyed the outdoor grill and patio. My favorite room for morning coffee was the sunroom. Great proximity to the beach and beautiful sunsets. Can’t wait to come back!

Great week at LBI!
We loved this house and the location! Right from the start the owners were very prompt with their responses and easy to work with. The house had great space - 2 different sitting areas and large bedrooms. The outdoor space was really nice with lots of seating and it was fenced in. The location was amazing - close enough to the beach and perfect distance (biking and drive) from downtown beachhaven, while still in walking distance to other cute restaurants and shops. We would definitely rent it again!

Great beach house!
We had a great week! Perfect location to the beach, just 9 houses and a small street to cross. Loved taking walks in the morning, close to great restaurants and a quick ride to Bay Village. We used the sun room often and the Kitchen had everything need s when we cooked. We miss LBI already!

Great Family Vacation
Our family was very happy and had a wonderful week. The location was perfect for our family - beach access was easy, fun activities for kids nearby, as well as restaurants, ice cream, and bakeries. The quiet street allowed us to enjoy the large outdoor space and allowed our children to ride bikes on safe a blvd. Home was in excellent condition and lots of updates. The home had bikes, beach toys, beach cart, umbrellas, and everything you can think of to make your week and trip easy and enjoyable. Very satisfied and look forward to next season!

Amazing beach home!! Book it!
My family and I had the most amazing week at this beach home! The owners were so easy to communicate with at so accommodating during the whole process. This home is perfect and has it all! My husband is picky when it comes to beds and the beds were all so comfortable. The backyard is big and fenced in with plenty of tables and seating. The flow of the house is excellent and we could all be together whether in the family room or cozy sunroom. It’s a short walk to the beach and the beach is HUGE and wide! It is also handicap accessible with an elevator and ramp for easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend this beach home for you and your family’s vacation!

Awesome stay, beautiful house
We had a wonderful stay here. The home was much more updated and better-maintained than other summer houses we have stayed in. Very spacious indoor area. The backyard area is perfect for entertaining. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable and beautiful. My husband and I loved the sunroom—some comfy couches for napping or reading as well as a wine fridge. My kids loved how accessible the beach was. It really was only a few houses away. There is also a decent restaurant across the street. So we really didn’t need our car. Loved it!
