Have it all when you stay at this beautiful and spacious reverse living home steps from the beautiful wide beach(with life guards in season) in relaxing Beach Haven Park. PLEASE NOTE-DURING THE SUMMER SEASON THE MINIMUM STAY IS SEVEN(7) NIGHTS AND IT IS A SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTAL. There's room for everyone. The home features two master suites with private baths, one with a king bed and one with a queen, a " bunk bed "room with two sets of bunks and a futon, that is perfect for the kids, and a bedroom with two queen beds as well as a hall bathroom. The second family room has a queen size sofa bed. and wet bar. A laundry completes the space on the first level. Use the 3 stop ELEVATOR to reach the upper level which is an open concept living space featuring a living area, dining room with a table that seats 10 and a custom kitchen with an island and eating bar as well as Viking appliances. One of the master suites and a powder room complete this level.
When you're not inside, enjoy great outdoor living in the enclosed yard with a heated swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. This area is furnished with a dining table and chairs, bar stools, as well as chairs for relaxing by the pool. The outdoor living continues on the furnished decks with amazing ocean and bay views from the spacious roof deck.
Take advantage of the numerous nearby activities and utilize the free phone apps such as the LBI Shuttle App( free transportation for the entire island) and the LBI Life App to explore the many options LBI has to offer when you're not on the beautiful wide sandy beaches.

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
