Three more bedrooms and two full baths can accommodate more guests. It has a rooftop deck with beautiful views of ocean and bay, tandem garage and tons of storage space! Short walk to the beach-park your car and walk/ride your bike to all local restaurants & attractions ! 1 mile from fantasy island/bay village. Other amenities: 5 beach passes - if lost must be replaced beach chairs bikes outdoor shower multiple TVs with cable high speed internet and wifi off street parking Life guard protected beach(in season) LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED - MUST BRING YOUR OWN please do not rent on behalf of r tenants under 25 - this is a family community and there is a local caretaker that will periodically check in - entire deposit will be kept if this is found to be the case

Perfect Beach Vacation
I've been staying here with my family since 2019. The house is super clean with a great layout. The roof deck is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day and watching the sun set over the bay. The beach is a little over a block away which is perfect if you are looking for a mid day break from the sun. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance making it easy to go out if you don't feel like cooking after a day at the beach. This place is great and we look forward to coming back every year.

Great house, great location!
My wife an I needed a last minute rental for a weekend event at LBI. The owners were very accommodating and super friendly. The house exceeded our expectations for cleanliness and comfort. It would be great for families, both small and large. Nice yard and roof top views of bay and ocean too - we wish we could have stayed longer! Great location on the island , as some of our favorite spots at LBI were in walking distance. Although it was too cold for the beach that weekend, it was a short stroll for my wife and I to stick our toes in the sand.
Would love to stay here again as soon as we have a reason to head to the shore.
