Description

Located in LEHYC’s most coveted area. The southern end of Atlantic Avenue is where privacy and serenity co-exist and it is just a short walk or bike ride to all that Beach Haven has to offer: casual & fine dining, island shops, museums, Surflight theatre and more. This oceanfront, multiple deck house, is on quiet street a few blocks south of Beach Haven, shielded from island traffic and the perfect place to walk or run at any time of day. A dune walk-over from the backyard is just 120 fees to the beach, with quick access to a double outdoor shower and bathroom.
The ground (first) floor offers an elevator to the second and third floors, a two-car garage with storage for all your beach gear, and an extra half bath - GREAT for quick bathroom breaks from the beach! Two enclosed outdoor showers and a Weber grill overlooking the dunes provide a peaceful and private back and side yard. Five cars can be parked in the driveway in front of the house.
The second floor provides a fabulous open concept floor plan as the large living room, kitchen and two dining areas flow to the deck. This floor has a large en suite king with full bath with a tub/shower and there is a separate laundry room.
The third floor offers a second living area with a small bar and refrigerator, a second large deck with amazing ocean views, accessible from both the living area and the master suite. The master suite has a king bed, unbeatable ocean views, walk in closet, and a large private bath with skylight. Two additional bedrooms are on this level, one with a king bed, and the second with two XL twin over Queen built-in bunk beds to comfortable sleep 6. This level contains a third full bathroom that was completely remodeled for 2022. The large roof top deck offers more amazing views, the perfect place for sunset cocktails. All deck furniture new in 2021. New for 2022: new carpeting throughout house, interior painted, new 3rd floor bathroom, new deck surface. Linens included.
