Updated, southerly facing, bright traditional oceanside cape cod beach house that sits on a quiet and desirable street in Beach Haven Park, and a stone’s throw from a beautiful wide sandy beach.

ABOUT THE HOME:

This well maintained and exceptionally clean home was updated in summer of 2020. Nicely furnished and tastefully decorated with a new kitchen, new laundry area with quiet high end washer and dryer, updated bathrooms, new flooring, all new furniture, beds and mattresses.

For those that enjoy surfing the internet or plan on checking into work, we have an enterprise grade WiFi access point that not only provides high speed internet throughout the home but also good coverage throughout the property.

The first floor offers a fully stocked kitchen, a separate dining area with a table that is configured for 8 but can easily sit 10. The dining area is open to the large family room with plenty of seating, featuring a stone fireplace and a 55-inch widescreen smart TV. In addition, there’s a full laundry, one full bathroom with tub and shower, and two bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, dresser and a closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser and a closet.

Second floor offers a full main bathroom with tub and shower, a private second master bedroom with a queen size bed, dresser and large closet plus one additional bedroom with a full-size bed, one twin bed, and a large closet. From this bedroom there’s also access to a roof deck for sunbathing or relaxing.

Each bedroom is cooled by a dedicated extremely quiet mini split A/C system that can be individually controlled to meet your comfort needs. While the home has air conditioning there are lots of windows -18 on the ground floor alone - to take advantage of the magnificent ocean breezes.
The home offers a spacious fenced backyard with a clean outdoor shower, a new Weber gas grill, a Weber charcoal grill and a large table that easily sits 8-10 people.

AMMENITIES:

For your convenience we provide access to the shed in the backyard so that you can store your bikes, beach chairs and beach gear away from the elements. We also provide 4 beach chairs, 1 beachumbrella, 2 cruiser bikes (no locks) and beach toys for your use.

Beach badges: 5 beach badges are provided so that you can access the beach free of charge.

LOCATION:

The home is within walking distance or a short bike ride to many conveniences: ACME Markets, Skipper Dipper, Jersey Girl Grill, Blue Water Café, shopping, fitness/water sports instruction and fine restaurants.

You are also a 5 minute car ride (2.6 miles) or a 15 minute bike ride from everything that Beach Haven has to offer: Restaurants, Bay Village shopping, Ship Bottom Brewery, Fantasy Island Amusement Park and numerous other activities.



HINTS:

OFF-PEAK SPECIALS AVAILABLE - May & June and September & October are the best times to be on LBI because there are no crowds. Post season LBI is quiet and tranquil making it a perfect time to be on the island with warm ocean water and cooler nights. Requests are welcome for a minimum of 3-night stays.

Memorial Day Weekend - is a very popular getaway and a perfect time to enjoy the beach and welcome the summer on LBI.

HopSauce Festival - Immediately after Memorial Day Weekend is a very popular getaway. Over 20 local breweries showing off their prized crafts. Food and music!

Chowderfest Weekend - is always a blast, first weekend in October

We'll do everything possible for you to enjoy a great vacation on LBI. We have three simple rules:
- No large gatherings
- Please leave home clean and in good order to avoid excessive cleaning charges.
- Do not leave garbage bags outside of the covered trash cans. Township inspectors will issue a steep fine.
- 50% of rent amount due within 7 days of signed short term lease agreement.
- Final payment and security deposit check due 30 days before your arrival date or cash payment on day of arrival.

Owner's Cancellation Policy:

If the Occupant cancels the reservation less than 120 days before the Check-in date, owners will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period.
If the Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, tenant will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus any fees accrued to re-list and rebook the property.

We encourage our guests to purchase Travel Insurance.

The Ideal Beach House!

My family and I cannot say enough good things about the property and the owners. Booking this house was a breeze thanks to Adelio. He is incredibly attentive and responsive to emails, texts, etc.

The house is truly in the perfect spot on the island - close to groceries and a very short drive to all the shops up and down the island. Very short walk to the beach, which made running back to the house super easy (with 3 toddlers, this was a common occurrence).

The house was incredibly clean upon check-in, and had all necessary amenities! Beds were very comfortable. We easily fit 7 Adults and 3 Toddlers in the 4 bedrooms. The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard, and the large shed was a plus!

Being set between Long Beach Boulevard and Beach Ave., were surprised that there was limited traffic on our street and it was very quiet. Parking can be tough for more than 2 cars (only 2 cars fit on the driveway) but as long as you follow the rules on the parking signs (opposite parking depending on the days) you can find a spot for your other cars. We lucked out as the neighbor across the street allowed us to park our 3rd vehicle on their property, as they had a cancellation.

Adelio explained this was the vacation home his family used for many years and I can see why. This was our first year in the home but would absolutely stay here again!

Charming Home

This is a charming single family home. It's just right for 6-8 adults. It has all the necessities. Very close walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and close enough to the Acme and Skipper Dipper. The owners are friendly and very considerate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Each room has very comfortable beds, and the master has a king (a rare find)! The home is only a block from the beach, making it a great location for those with small children. Perfectly Charming

A wonderful, charming, newly renovated house, a block from the ocean on a quiet street. This is about as close to perfect as you can find!

Everything is sparkling clean and it's nicely appointed with comfortable beds, everything one might need in the kitchen, and a new washer and dryer.

The outdoor shower is clean and spacious, both a gas and charcoal grill is provided, and the shed contains several of beach chairs and a bike. There is ample clothes line space for beach towels and bathing suits, a large new picnic table and 4 comfortable Adirondack chairs for lounging.

The owners are kind and attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We cannot wait to return next summer!

Great stay in remodeled home!

Adelio's home was really great. Newly renovated, clean and stocked. We went with 3 families and it was a little tight, but we all had our own bedrooms so it worked out well. The kitchen is new and allowed for us to cook as well as BBQ out back. I think the highlight was the backyard and proximity to the beach. Easy to walk back for lunch and plenty of space to hang outside.

We did have a little hiccup with parking as Adelio didn't want us parking more than 2 cars on the property and there are no curbs on the street, so street parking resulted in notes left on cars from neighbors and unwelcome chats about blocking driveways. So if you are going, bring as few cars as possible. Adelio was accommodating when we brought this to his attention and allowed us to park a 3rd car on the front lawn (typical beach gravel) but it would have been good to know of this scenario ahead of time. Would not dissuade us from coming back!

All in all a nice little house, close to the beach with plenty of amenities. We would happily come back!

Great Location - a clean and comfy stay

This house is a great find for a great stay at the beach.

Location: Excellent! Steps from a beautiful, wide clean beach. Neighbors are friendly and nice. 2 blocks from the grocery store and perfectly situated on the island near everything you would want/need.

House: Yes, it's an older home but the inside is all new. The kitchen, appliances, bed, air conditioning, washer/dryer, mattresses and pillows. Everything is clean and was well prepared for our visit. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/blender/teapot/coffee maker/bowls/serving utensils/etc for preparing and serving meals at home.

Backyard: We brought some outside games like cornhole and had lots of space to hang out and play. They had a gas grill with a back up propane tank. They even had a beach cruiser bike we used! And beach chairs! The outside shower is huge and we used it a lot! It was great to have access to the shed where we kept the bikes we brought.

Owners: Responsive, friendly, helpful. Perfect.

Bedrooms: New everything. Comfy mattresses and pillows. Easily sleeps 8 and 10 with the leather futon.

Restaurants: We loved our meals at Tuckers, Buckalews, Wally's and Chicken & The Egg. Coffee from Jersey Girl.

Our family would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommend!
