Description
Plenty of room in this cozy 5 bedroom (sleeps 12), 2 full baths, full kitchen, outdoor shower, two decks, beach chairs & umbrella included. 4 TVs, cable, WIFI. A backyard paradise with heated 12'x 26' saltwater pool, large patio, table w/8 chairs, outdoor sectional and Tiki Bar w/TV & mini fridge. This is the perfect backyard to relax in after a day at the beach. Hang at the Tiki Bar and take a swim. We call it our resort!
5 min. walk to the beautiful ocean beach. 5 min. walk to Bay Beach/playground/recreation complex that hosts concerts/special events, a variety of individual and family-oriented activities, including Stand Up Paddle Boarding, Kayaking, Windsurfing and Fishing. A guarded bay swimming beach & a water sport beach, playground, volleyball court, gazebos and picnic area. Pickleball and basketball at municipal complex across from Bay Beach. Tennis courts next to Acme.
FIRST FLOOR
*Fully-equipped kitchen, living room w/flat screen TV and dining table for 6, counter for 3. Cozy shaded deck great for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails!
*First floor has 2 bedrooms: 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and a full bath in hall.
SECOND FLOOR
*Second floor has master bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and opens to 2nd floor deck.
*2nd bedroom with trundle bed that has 2 single mattresses and a futon along with flat screen TV.
*3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and a roll away bed. Full bath in the hallway.
OUTDOOR
12'x 26' Salt water pool, patio and Tiki Bar, great outdoor space after the beach. Outdoor shower, patio furniture on decks, table & chairs, propane grill, chaise lounges, new outdoor sectional, 4 car parking in driveway and street parking. 8 beach badges, beach chairs, beach cart & umbrella provided.
4 blocks to Pinky Shrimp's. Acme food store is 1 mile. Fantasy Island Amusement Park 3.6 miles.
*Sorry, NO pets, proms, graduations, or parties (must be 28 or older to rent).
*No smoking.
*Linens and towels are NOT provided, you must bring your own.

Bedrooms are fantastic!
I mean 5 bedrooms not 4 bedrooms! Enough for our 3 generation family to stay altogether!

Resort style vacationing with all the comforts of home!
Everything you need in one place!! This location is top notch! The only place where you can walk to see the sunrise at the ocean or the sunset at the bay within easy walking distance!
Short drive to Fantasy Island and great restaurants so both adults and kids can enjoy! A quick drive from the bridge is also a treat getting on and off the island.
When we were finished having fun at the beach we came back home to chill out for a refreshing dip in the pool. Plenty of pool games, lounge chairs and fun for all ages!
The fun never ends at this house… enjoy happy hour(s) at the fabulous tiki hut as you watch your favorite sport on the outdoor TV! Whip up drinks, cocktails, cold beverages in the fridge and whatever appetizers you choose! Makes the outdoor party endless with our friends and family.
Once we were ready to rest there are 4 comfortable bedrooms where we recharged in order to start the fun all over again the next day! This vacation and home exceeded our expectations and we will be back to create more summer memories at this beach “resort”!!
