Gorgeous waterfront home designed for luxury, privacy, and convenience. You'll enjoy water views from every room.
Five of the seven bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, allowing for large groups to stay together and still maintain their privacy.
The spacious kitchen is well stocked and has an assortment of high end appliances. There are three ovens, two sinks, two dishwashers and a large fridge, allowing for guests to host large meals.
The living room, upstairs family room, rooftop deck, four seasons room, and outside patio provide plenty of space for guests to spread out. That is, when they're not enjoying themselves out back in the heated saltwater pool.
In addition to the pool, the backyard has an outside kitchen, a screened in patio, a gas fire pit and two docks. We're just four blocks to the ocean and right up the street from the bay beach, although you may never feel the need to leave the house.

If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

IMPECCABLE HOME
This house was everything I had hoped for and more, housing friends and family for a week-long celebration of my wife's special birthday. The pool, the dock, the fire pit and the grill made for a week-long outdoor paradise. Worth every penny!

Great stay
This absolutely beautiful home was such a great choice for our family reunion this past week. It comfortably fit all 15 of us with plenty of hangout space for everyone to be together. The host was incredibly attentive and helpful for the whole process.
The whole house is just beautiful and the view is incredible. We are already talking about making this house our place for an annual family get together.

Friend reunion
Such an amazing weekend with friends at this house! Clean and massive - slept all 18 of us comfortably ! And the pool and bay make it such you didn’t have to make plans and could just hang out all day!! Thanks for having us!

Great stay for a large group!
I hosted my sister’s bachelorette in this beautiful home. It was everything and more than what we had expected. Location was great, near the bridge to come on to the island. The house was large, immaculate and perfect for our needs. There were times we were all separated in small little groups from the dock, fire pit, pool, kitchen, reading area, bedrooms, balconies.. spacious enough for anyone to do their own thing really. Michael was super accommodating and quick to respond to any requests we may have had. My mother and aunts came for the afternoon one day to join us and were already thinking about how we could book the house for a large family trip down the line. I would highly recommend to friends and family alike.

Our rental experience with Mike was seamless from start to finish. The house is breathtaking and perfect for large groups. The kitchen is fully stocked, large dining room table is comfortable and the outdoor space with sunset views sets the mood for any get together. Highly recommend you rent this house - it’s perfect.
