This home is brand new, completed in June 2022. It is 3,450 sq ft and features 7 bedrooms (4 en suite), 6 ½ baths and sleeps 24. The home includes the following additional features:
• Ground Floor den with a kitchenette, couches and TV and wall to wall nana door and direct access to the pool. This is an “all seasons” multi-generation den, where the grandparents can relax indoors while still being part of the family and the excitement. The room has glass panels doors that open to allow unblocked views of the pool, and also has couches, tv, fridge, sink and dishwasher.

The kitchen is fully stocked. We provide all the spices you’ll need along with extra virgin olive oil, olive oil, and avocado oil. We typically have cooking sprays, various vinegars, aluminum foil, saran wrap, Ziploc bags of all sizes, and we provide glass storage containers. We even have aluminum containers for you to take home leftovers with. Our pots and pans are top of the line stainless steel, and we have a variety of frying pans in different materials, along with cooking sheets, loaf pans and muffins tins (and more!). There is a blender, panini press, 3 different kinds of coffee machines (perk, drip and k-cup). We have plenty of cooking utensils, chopping knives and every tool you’ll need to cook. We usually provide a few k-cups in the drawer under the coffee machine too. You’ll also find dishwasher tabs near every dishwasher, plenty of rolls of paper towels, sponges, dish soap and Brillo.
We also provide laundry detergent tabs and dryer sheets. Every bathroom has hand soap and at least three rolls of toilet paper.
Our quilts are laundered after every stay and will be waiting for you in the closets of each bedroom (quilts are provided only for week long or longer stays). We also provide hand towels, bathmats, and kitchen towels. We keep a cooler in the kitchen that can hold a 5-gal jug of water (which tenants self-supply).

Fabulous!
Celebrated wife's 60th birthday here and it was perfect. Very quickly, you lose that "rental property" feeling and feel like you are in a home. First off, Carmine and Lisa are great to work with - very communicative and immediately responsive to any questions or requests. The house is packed with everything you need to enjoy the Jersey shore, and everything is in great shape. A couple extra nice touches: ice maker in the garage for packing the cooler, 2nd & 3rd fridge, hidden pantry, TV's that show as beach themed art (took us a day to realize we could turn it on!), two grilles. I could go on but suffice to say it has it all. Proximity to beach a big plus. We had a blast and hope to be back - Thanks Carmine & Lisa!

Labor Day Weekend
Our Labor Day weekend stay was exceptional at Carmine and Lisa's luxury home. The amenities were exactly what we needed for our party of 12. Just to name a few, it was life changing to not have to travel with beach chairs, beach cart, quilts, dish clothes, etc. The extra touches that they provide made our stay much easier. We look forward to another summer at their beautiful home!

Best vacation rental
Our family of 12 so enjoyed this beautiful home with great amenities. It was extremely clean and well taken care of. It had a wonderful pool, hot tub and plenty of comfortable seating - inside and outside. Two washing machines and dryers and two dishwashers were certainly very helpful with a big family. We highly recommend this home and will look forward to going back.

Bring Your Family and Friends to this Perfect House!
This was our second year in this house and we plan many more. It is just the best you can find for a multi-family group. Each of our grown children had their own en-suite room and the grandchildren had the bunk bed rooms. It works perfectly for large groups. We love this house for many reasons - the kitchen, the hidden pantry, the pool, the off-pool room, the decks, the elevator, the multiple refrigerators, the Sonos sound system, this house has it all.
All the amenities a group could want are included in the house, including beach amenities. Everything is new and well cared for. Carmine and Lisa have thought of everything and a few new items were added this year. The addition of the ice maker solves any "chilling" issue one could have. The addition of the multi-game video arcade machine kept the kids and adults both entertained. Carmine is available and attentive to any issues that arise.
Your group will be thrilled with this house. We were, and we will keep coming back.

Perfect LBI House
This is the second year we spent two weeks at this house with extended family (ages 3-90) and it couldn't have been better. The house has everything you need for a carefree vacation. Lisa and Carmine have thought about everything you could need and want and some things you didn't realize you would need or want until you were there. They continue to add amenities to enhance your experience. It is immaculate and kept in great condition - still like brand new.

Wonderful Time Spent at this Beautiful Beach Home...
What can we say... Carmine and Lisa's Beach Retreat was the perfect place to gather our entire family (and extended family). All 24 of us fit, wonderfully, into this exquisite home - filled with beautiful décor and thoughtful amenities throughout. Everything was perfect - from its fantastic location (proximity to the beach just steps away), the rooftop terrace, plunge pool, hot tub, and room for all to share karaoke nights and meals together. This home was everything we could have asked for... and more. Super grateful to have found this gem in LBI, and looking forward to coming back again. Exceptional Beach Retreat with Heartfelt Hospitality
Our stay at Carmine and Lisa’s beach house was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived we were captivated by the impeccable design, luxurious comfort and layout this house offers. The many amenities makes you never want to leave the house. The fully equipped kitchen is incredible. We really appreciated the different cozy living areas. The spacious outdoor extension of the home is a magical oasis.
Our overall experience was amazing. Carmine and Lisa are very thoughtful and genuinely want their guests to have a perfect stay.

We planned our vacation in January and from the moment I saw 28 38th Street, I thought, “These pictures are too good to be true”. Working with Carmine was a pleasure. He was kind, prompt, and flexible!
Once we got to the house, I realized the pictures were the real deal and the house was perfect. It was clean, well appointed, and decorated with style and quality. There was even a beautiful gift left for us to share when we opened the fridge!
Carmine responded quickly to any questions and our large family (19 people from 18 months to 65 yo) fit comfortably.
The addition of bikes and chairs made for easy traveling and the access to several TVs in the house made for relaxing evenings!
