Custom Built Ocean Front (2017). Features 7 Bedrooms - including 2 master suites with King Size Beds en suite bathrooms. 2 queen size bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds, 1 bedroom with 2 full size bunk beds and 1 bedroom with 2 twin size bunk beds. Total of 4 full baths, 2 half baths and 2 outdoor showers.
Upon entering the front door (keyless entry) you go down the stairs to the lower level. Here you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and access to the outdoor showers, path to the beach and entertainment area. Go back up the stairs to the middle floor. Here you will find 1 of the master suites with ocean views from sliding glass doors onto a covered deck. Family room with large flat screen TV and bar. Laundry room and half bath. The 2 queen size bedrooms and 1 full bath are also located here. From the middle floor family room, you have access to the heated pool located in the deck overlooking the ocean. Or relax in one of the lounge chairs, couches or enjoy a meal at the dining table with 8 chairs. On the top floor is the 2nd master suite. Gourmet chefs kitchen with large granite island and 5 counter stools. Dining table with 8 chairs and spectacular views of the ocean while enjoying your meal. Family room with fireplace and large flat screen TV. There is a covered deck off the family room with a table and 8 chairs plus a loveseat and chair with ottoman. There is also a grilling deck off of the kitchen and a half bath. Up the stairs to the roof top deck for both ocean and bay views. Watch the sunset from a comfy couch, enjoy the fire pit, lay in a lounge chair or sit in the Adirondak chairs. On the ground level, under the pool deck you will find the large hot tub, flat screen TV, granite bar with stools, couch lounging area, gas fire pit and private entrance to the beach.
Tenants are responsible for bringing or renting all sheets, bath and pool towels.
Total of 9 TV's with cable. High speed internet included. 10 beach badges included. If you need more, they can be purchased on the beach from the beach badge checkers.
Kitchen refridgerator has an icemaker.
Wine fridge in the middle floor bar.
Peloton bike, Max trainer and infra red sauna available for use.

Policies
The house is only available to rent the last two weeks of August!!! It is our home and not a dedicated rental, so we use it for the summer up until it is rented.
A 50% deposit and security is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
The elevator is available for use if there is an elderly, handicapped or injured person in your household. An additional security deposit of $1000.00 is required for use of the elevator.

Paradise
We have vacationed here three years in a row for a reason. This home is perfect and the location cannot be beat. The owners are fantastic to deal with and responsive to any needs. My extended family and friends look forward to this year each year. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing Beach Front Home
My family could not have enjoyed this home more. It is perfectly situated on the beach and has a small pool on one of its decks. My boys loved the small pool and short walk to the beach. Everything about the property made it very comfortable and luxurious. We had an issue with the dryer and the owner quickly addressed the problem. We booked the property for the following year before we finished our stay!
