This is a duplex. Each unit can park up to 3 cars, however is a shared space. All township ordinances for noise and garbage must be followed. Garbage pick up is 2xs per week and there should not be full garbage at checkout due to pickup day before. A fee will be charged for excessive garbage at checkout.
Damage Insurance can be purchased through Berkshire Hathaway that will reduce the deposit to $500

Home away from home, but better!
What a pleasure it was to stay in this gorgeous home for a week! The house is beautifully decorated, well furnished, very clean, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and more. And the best part is you are literally just steps away from the beach! So convenient!! Also enjoyed the convenience of having many shops, stores and restaurants within walking distance. Our family had a wonderful time! Couldn't think of a better place to make precious memories. Thank you, thank you!

amazing rental and views
I travel a lot for work and was looking for a shore town getaway and was set up with Samantha and Nancy for rental properties. I wanted something that was oceanfront and on the beach. I had just a great and relaxing time staying at this property. It is beautifully kept and the views are exceptional. Everyone was so easy to work with and set up. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a relaxing getaway with beautiful views. I will be staying again in the future and look forward to it as I had a great time!

Oceanfront Townhome
We had a small family reunion at the end of October. The house was spotless, spacious, and modern. It is right on the ocean. There is an excellent restaurant just a short walk away. From the deck each morning while I sipped my tea, I watched dolphins swim along the coast. At night from the deck, I could stargaze without light interference or noise, just the sounds of the waves.
