This is the perfect house for any family looking to have a memorable and relaxing vacation on beautiful Long Beach Island. 8 houses to the beach on a dead-end street (no ocean avenue to cross). Lifeguards are stationed on this street (no need to walk down the beach to be near a lifeguard). Anything you can imagine from mini golf to stores to restaurants is within walking distance. Wake up every morning to the smell of fresh donuts being made as you are steps from the best bakery on the island. The backyard features a large Trex patio set on a composite patio deck, cantilever umbrella, propane grill, and outdoor shower. Inside features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, brand new custom kitchen, washer/dryer, along with countless other amenities to allow your stay to be as enjoyable as possible.

Whether it's the short drive to Fantasy Island or a short walk for mini golf and ice cream the kids are destined to have a blast during their stay. The short walk to the beach makes this house the perfect choice for any guests with young children.

About the owners:
We grew up spending our summers visiting Long Beach Island every year. Now as adults with 3 young children (5,3, and 1), we have begun making memories that will last a lifetime for them. We would like to share our home with you so memories can be made by your family as well!

Amazing vacation- great house- great owner !

My husband and I took our kids on their first vacation this summer (4 & 5 year old boys) and we had the best time!

This house was perfect, easy location to the beach and a great beach it was, lifeguards and great area.

The house is extremely convenient to food, mini golf, shops and even fantasy island but also secluded enough to not be over crowded!

The house was clean and comfortable and Dan was amazing. I cannot say that enough . Any request or problem we had he was on it so fast and he was so easy to work with!

We would absolutely rent this house again and recommend it highly!

Amazing week, beautiful house, great location

This is the perfect house for a vacation rental! The house is beautiful and so close to the beach. It is also minutes away from fantasy island. The owners were extremely easy to work with and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation, we will be back!!

Great house and amazing location!

What a gem! Easy booking and fantastic communication with the owner.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. It had everything we needed to have a fun getaway: convenience (beach block!!), a VERY spacious backyard (with a dining area and a BBQ), and close to restaurants/shopping. Plus, we loved having an outdoor shower!

Location, Location, Location!

We were here for Labor Day weekend and it was incredible. The house is on the ocean block and the beach was amazing. Plenty of room to spread out with your chairs and family. The house is perfect. The outside area is great for hanging out and bbqing. Outdoor shower was a huge plus. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. Dan was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. We are definitely coming back!

Perfect Location!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with me and my family. Our girls loved their rooms and we absolutely loved grilling in the backyard and the short walk to the beach. Short walking distance to food, ice cream, and mini golf was simply just a added bonus. We couldn't have dreamed of a better place to get away this summer and will be back again next year!
