4 bedroom 3 bathroom oceanside home in Beach Haven Gardens, 2 blocks from the beach.
Walk to everything! In a quiet neighborhood, yet short walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars, and convenience stores.
Fully renovated home with a large fenced-in backyard makes this a great stay for family and friends looking to relax and enjoy a week at the beach.
FIRST FLOOR
Open-floor plan kitchen and dining area with a separate living area. Kitchen has updated appliances, including a dishwasher. First floor has the master bedroom (queen size bed) with a private en-suite and a second bedroom (queen size bed) and a second bathroom. Barn door offers optional additional privacy from the living area. Washer/dryer also on the first floor.
SECOND FLOOR
2 bedrooms on the second floor with a bathroom in the middle. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has one twin bed and one full bed. There is also room for a queen size air mattress (provided) in one of the bedrooms.

Great rental
We have rented this house multiple times - once for a whole month. It’s a great house - near everything. Short walk to the beach! The house is great - clean, roomy and Gavin is a great person to work with. I would highly recommend renting it!!

Wonderful Beach House!
We just came home from spending two relaxing weeks and are already looking forward to coming back. The house is beautiful, even nicer than the pictures. It was so clean, comfortable, spacious and well stocked. We over packed for sure. Back yard is like an extra living space. So close to wawa, acme, skipper dipper and bay village. Being a vegetarian, loved livin on the vedge. The owners definitely take pride in this house and were a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful Stay
We had the most wonderful stay! Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and near everything. The most beautiful sunsets down the block at the bay and the beach is beautiful. The house has everything. It is super clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely. The large kitchen, beautiful master bath, 4 big bedrooms, smart TV's, nice backyard with firepit were all of our favorite parts of this house. Can't wait to come back!

Best (and cleanest) LBI rental ever!
If you are looking for an immaculately clean and well stocked beach rental then look no further. This home was spotless, spacious, and had everything that we needed. You literally have to bring nothing except yourselves. The owners even have a stock of supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. The kitchen had everything in it (tea kettle, pots/pans, toaster oven) and it was all in excellent condition. Very beachy yet modern amenities and decor. The outdoor fire pit was a great bonus and the owner was so communicative. we cannot wait to rent here again!!

Great House Great Location!
We had a perfect week at this great beach house. Walking distance to the beach - beach cart and a lot of gear already at the house (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc) made it super easy to lug the gear for 10 of us and the kids! House was also walking distance to many things like ice cream shop, bagel place, package store, jet ski rental, etc. Backyard is beautiful place to hang out - and propane fire pit is perfect for kids that have short attention spans! We hope to return next year!

Great home in Beach Haven Terrace
Review of beach house
When we thought all was lost and not vacationing on LBI this year and this house had a cancellation. The ease of renting from Gavin was amazing. The house was so clean and stocked with so many necessities it was such a welcome surprise. This is the first time in at least 20 years we can say this was one of the best houses we have rented. We loved the ease of the electronic lock to get in and out of the house. The beach items were in great condition and we could have left our items at home. We highly recommend renting this home and working with Gavin.

LBI
My wife, our toddler, and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was great with plenty of restaurants and amenities in the local area. The house itself was extremely well provisioned with household supplies and beach gear like new chairs and umbrellas. Great layout and the backyard with fire pit was a nice way to spend evenings. Owner was pleasant and responsive.

Perfect stay in a charming and cozy home!
Gavin and Katarina’s home was the perfect spot for our stay in LBI. The home is super cozy and bigger than it appears on the outside—can sleep 8 people very comfortably! The backyard is great, beds are super comfortable, and the home has everything you need for a great stay. The walk to the beach takes less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Charming is right!
This adorable home was perfect for our stay in LBI with a couple of friends and our puppy. The location was great - so close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants/shops. The owners were responsive, easy to coordinate with, and the home was so clean and well-maintained. We will definitely come again!
