Looking for a bright, airy, and cozy Oceanfront getaway? Just over the Causeway Bridge in the heart of Ship Bottom
100% renovated 2nd-floor oceanfront was completed and updated in 2024. The open floor plan sleeps up to 6 with a Queen bedroom, a second bedroom with two extra-long Twin beds (which can be combined into a King), and a sectional with a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is a first floor efficiency with a full size bed (sleeps 2), full bath, washer and drier. A small refrigerator, microwave, hot plate with pots and pans, cups, plates, some kitchen supplies. To reach this unit you must walk outside the upstairs unit and go down the stairs.
Relax on the covered deck on comfy couches overlooking the dunes and Ocean. While enjoying the fantastic views, sunrise, and moonrise, the outdoor living space has multiple seating areas, a gas grill and table.
Amenities include a 55” smart TV with all the premium channels, including Netflix, a gas grill, Wi-Fi, and Central A/C. A well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, a gas cooktop, a microwave-convection oven, a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal, and dishwasher.
4 beach badges are included with the weekly rental. There is an outdoor private shower & full-size washer, and a dryer on the first floor. Up to 2-3 off-street parking spaces. Quiet neighborhood within easy walking or biking distance to The Local, Rare Restaurant, LBI Table, Woodies, The Arlington, mini-golf, shopping, arcade, Wawa and the new Candy Store, and much more. Also, a two-ish block walk to tennis and Pickleball courts.

LBI is 18 miles long with pristine beaches. Rated in the top 20 of the best beaches in the USA. Enjoy swimming, boogie boarding, tanning, surfing, kayaking, boating, fishing, windsurfing, parasailing, sailing, biking, hiking, walking, golfing and miniature golfing, and shopping, fabulous restaurants.
8 miles to Barnegat Light House and 7.5 miles to Fantasy Island/Beach Haven, close to golf courses, Atlantic City and Tuckerton Seaport.

If the GUEST cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Property is re-booked at the same rate and term or greater, GUEST will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage GUEST to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the GUEST’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
PET POLICY: WE HAVE NO PET OR ANIMAL OF ANY KIND ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS.
We strongly encourage GUEST to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the GUEST’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
