Description

We welcome you to our cozy, ocean block, 4 bedroom home which features a private, fully fenced back yard with a gas grill, table, firepit, outdoor shower and plenty of room for outdoor games! There is a surf shop a block away with lessons on the beach. Restaurants, ice cream and mini golf are within a block as well as an arcade for rainy days. Further down our street you will find tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce and shuffleboard which are available for you to use. The center of Surf City is within walking distance with shops and restaurants. We are on the northern end of Ship Bottom with easy access to the causeway.

We purchased our house in 2020, freshly painting all the walls as well as replacing all the living room and kitchen furniture, including a brand new sectional in Oct, 2020. We installed central air as well as a new washer/dryer. The bathroom was fully renovated in 2021. All of the amenities of home have been provided so you can enjoy a relaxing getaway at this wonderful, family friendly beach destination.

About the owners:

I grew up spending my summers in North Beach then began renting for a week every summer in different areas of LBI with my husband, our three children and our extended family. I made so many treasured memories as a child and now my children have been creating their own. It is a dream come true to have our own home on LBI and we hope that you can make some wonderful memories of your own while staying with us...
