THE BEST FAMILY FRIENDLY HOUSE
I can’t say enough about Robs house. Every detail is taken care of. The location was perfect for everything. From Ferrari’s bakery to the walking distance to everything. We went to the bay every night and put crab pots in. My kids loved the rooms. The upstairs loft area is great for teenagers. The house is clean and meticulously cared for and Rob is a great communicator. I will definitely be going back in the future. Thank you again for a fabulous vacation.

The Best Week!
Our family had the most wonderful time at Salty Beach!!! The house is perfectly located a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The kids could walk by themselves, since they didn’t have to cross the boulevard. Restaurants and mini-golf were basically in our backyard. And it was so easy to get on and off the island!
The house itself is gorgeous. Beautifully appointed, lots of high ceilings and sunny windows. The pantry/laundry room off the kitchen was so, so convenient, and the kitchen/dining/great room was perfect for hanging out! We loved everything about this home. Can’t wait to go back!!!

We loved Salty Beach!
Beautiful home in a great location with lots of conveniences. Walking distance to sandbox cafe, Hartland, dollar general, Joey’s pizza, candy store, and most importantly- the beach! We loved the open layout downstairs, the butlers pantry with wine fridge and laundry, the amount of bathrooms was perfect as well as the outdoor shower. The loft area off the first bedroom was great for kids toys and TV. It was lovely to sit on the back deck for drinks and have dinner on the patio. Overall a wonderful stay!

Awesome Rental!
We have stayed in this house for many years! Perfect location! Beach, small shops, ice cream, bakery, mini-golf all walkable. The house is spotless and spacious. Rob has been great with checking in and offering any assistance if need be. Highly recommend this rental! Thanks Rob for another great year!

Fantastic Stay!
If you're looking for a nice quite getaway all while still being in the heart of it all, look no further than Rob's Salty Beach House.
Located right off the boulevard on a nice and quite street this gorgeous house has it all. As soon as we checked in, it already felt like a home away from home, everything you could possibly need at the ready, the place was spotless and had more than enough space; whether you're looking for a nice family get away or just a vacation with friends, you'll have the time of your life.
Beach is just a short walk away, grocery store right around the corner as well as restaurants, lq stores and everything else you'd need to have a wonderful summer stay.

This house is right smack dab in the middle of everything it’s located in a nice quiet street and only a few houses away from the beach. Me and my family had an amazing little getaway here and it was perfect and kid friendly as well for our daughter ! This home also has an amazing back yard as well as plenty of rooms for the whole family to come join ! I can’t wait to stay here again!

This house is right smack dab in the middle of everything it’s located in a nice quiet street and only a few houses away from the beach. Me and my family had an amazing little getaway here and it was perfect and kid friendly as well for our daughter ! Our Stay at Salty Beach!!
We waited weeks and months for our visit in Ship Bottom to finally come!!! We were all excited when keying into the house. Opening the door we saw a long hallway and a shiny wood floor to greet us. We were already in awe. The openess and airyness of the open floor space which was the living room kitchen w a breakfast counter and dining room were absolutely amazing!!!
There was plenty of counter space and the laundry room had a beautiful wine cabinet set up attached to the kitchen.
Going upstairs there's a room w 2 beds and a little loft that my boys claimed was AWESOME, though they didn't use it. Up more stairs there's another twin bedroom, the bathroom another bedroom and a kick butt master room w an awesome closet and a bathroom made for a king!! The master room also has a little balcony off the room w 2 rockers to chill.
The kitchen had everything in it that you could've needed and wanted. EVEN a cutting board my husband didn't find til we were checking out!!!
This house is clean and was a dream to stay in for our first ever rental.
I wish the NEW owners all the luck in the world with renting 97 on 27th!! You won't want to leave just like us.
