Only 10 houses from the beach and a HEATED SALTWATER in-ground pool

Located in the heart of Brant Beach, this newly updated home offers the perfect vacation for any family looking for a week away! Whether it’s the rooftop ocean sunrises or bayside sunsets, hanging out after a day at the beach in the heated in-ground saltwater pool, or crabbing in the bay at the end of the block, our home has it all for guests to never want to leave!

Only 2 miles from the causeway bridge, this home consists of three living stories along with a ground level, yard and roof deck atop the home with views of the beach and bay!

Outfitted with Bluetooth built-in speakers throughout the home & Roku televisions, the first level of living space features an open floor plan kitchen, living and dining rooms. The modern kitchen features endless amounts of cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, luxury stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave AND wine fridge! Well stocked with all of the equipment and utensils you’d need to cook and dine in, this kitchen gives guests the chance to stay in and cook after a day at the beach.

The living room, built around a 65’’ Roku television will allow guests to log-in to their favorite streaming services or cast video from mobile devices to our smart TV. Not that tech savvy? Don’t worry, we’ll have select services available for streaming already downloaded. Hidden within the built-in’s, we’ve included our favorite boardgames and cards for those laid back nights in.

Our dining room table with bench seating can accommodate around 8 comfortably, also boasting a bay window seating area for extra comfort.

Off the dining room, a sliding door leads to the patio deck featuring outdoor table seating for 8 and Weber Grill on our elevated deck making it easy to enjoy meals outside.

Steps down from the patio deck takes guests to our yard and in-ground pool! This 3ft-6ft depth pool offers the perfect place to return home to after a day at the beach. Another seating area provides guests plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the pool area along with an area on the side of the home for some games (ie. Cornhole)!. To rinse off the salt and sand from the beach, we have an outdoor shower with custom LBI themed mural (PERFECT for photos!).

Make your way back inside and up to the 2nd floor and you’ll find a full bathroom (with tub), 2x bedrooms with cathedral ceilings (both Queen beds) and an outdoor shared deck off both bedrooms.

Our 3rd floor features a laundry room with washer/dryer, additional bedroom with bunk beds (Twin & Full) AND the Master bedroom/bathroom. Inside the master bedroom, guests will have an additional television (w/Roku), a master bathroom with separate bathtub and shower AND direct access to the roof from the room.

If that’s not enough, make your way out the door from the 3rd floor and up to the roof deck with seating and built-in speakers for full panoramic views of the ocean, bay and island!

POOL
We open the pool each year in late April and have it heated during those colder months and ready to use by May 1. It is serviced weekly and we maintain it typically from May 1 through the beginning of October (through Chowderfest weekend).
