Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
Check in and check out times are firm. TENANT MUST BE OUT BY 11 am so cleaning crew has enough time to clean before next renters.

Amazing Beach House
We were very impressed with the house, location and support from our listing agent, Meigan. She was very responsive. We were able to get into the house early. When the tropical storm arrived in the island, she helped us navigate the tides and flooding to avoid any problems. Only recommendation is to stabilize the twin beds in their frames.

Beautiful Home & Perfect Location
This home is absolutely lovely. It was super comfortable and clean and it’s SO close to the beach! Also, for any questions we had, we got a response immediately. It’s a wonderful place for a getaway!

Perfect House for Thanksgiving
My family, my brother's family, and our parents all spent a fun and relaxing Thanksgiving here. The house was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and we really appreciated all of the extra spices, tin foil, dish detergents, ziploc bags, paper towels, hand soaps, and all the other extras the house came with. The house fit all of our families well and we had lots of fun playing games with everyone at the dining table. Weather was mild so we had many glorious walks on the beach and saw stunning sunsets too. The house manager was friendly and responsive at all times. I hope to rent here this Summer!

Lovely reunion weekend with my sisters and mom
Such a cute rental and so bright and cozy! Well-stocked and comfy furnishings. Loved being able to sit on the deck and and have coffee on the side porch. We took our 87-year old mom who hadn’t seen the ocean in 25 years - she was overjoyed! Location was perfect - easy walk to the beach, sunset, and to places to eat. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the place to friends. We had a great time!

Best Outdoor Shower ever!
Lovely fenced in yard, kitchen well supplied, super comfy beds, a sun porch that was perfect for morning coffee, and an absolutely awesome outside shower! Nicely appointed rental, great for families with kids.

Loved it!
The property was beautiful and we loved the closeness to the beach! The place is decorated very nicely with plenty of seating and comfy. The deck with lots more seating was great for morning coffee, lunch or cocktails but the side porch was great for this too if you wanted to be out of the sun. We changed it up every day which part of the house we could go. Loved the set up! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and our kids. Plenty of dishes, cabinets and counter space. Great location, easy walk to beach and stores. House and property were immaculate and will definitely stay here again.

Best Vacation
This house was so much better than the pictures show. The bedrooms were the perfect size. In fact, the master bedroom is HUGE. Great space with tons of dresser storage and a fabulous master shower.
The kitchen was well supplied, as was the rest of the house with everything you need for a great, relaxing vacation.
The location was perfect. Convenient to amenities. Easy walk to the beach. Nice and QUIET!

Nothing short of Amazing!
From the moment we booked our stay, Meigan has been so kind and welcoming! This was our first trip to LBI and we had our 4 month old daughter with us for her first beach trip! The home was absolutely perfect. Extremely clean, large, and in a great location!! We especially loved the deck off out back and fenced in yard as we spent our evenings drinking wine and playing games. We look forward to making an annual trip to LBI and hoping to stay here every time! Thanks for a great trip, Meigan!!!!
