Description
Family-owned four-bedroom, three-bath home! The main floor was just renovated for the 2024 season with all new interior floors, doors, trim and paint.
It includes an open concept kitchen and living room with a large custom-built kitchen table that seats 10. Great for game nights and large family dinners! The main floor also includes a laundry closet, full bath, a master queen bedroom with a full bath, a full-sized bedroom and a double twin bedroom. The first floor includes a custom bunk bedroom with two queen beds and two full beds along with a powder room and TV room with a smart TV. Perfect for additional guests or a teen area. This area is only accessible from two separate first floor exterior entrances. This home also includes a ping pong table, weight room, beach toys and chairs, bikes, and more! There is a second-story three-side wrap-around deck with an outdoor table and chairs for dining and a coffee table and chairs. The third-story roof deck is excellent for bay views and sunsets and includes lounge chairs, a coffee table, and a loveseat. There is also a balcony off of the master for a quiet morning cup of coffee. All decks were recently renovated and new siding was just completed.
Our home is located six houses from the bay at the end of the block and one house from the bay at the rear. The house is a short three-block walk up to the 10th street beach. We will provide you with 8 beach passes (the renter will be charged if lost). More can be purchased at the Surf City Town Hall if need be. Some of our favorite places that are within walking distance from our home are Sandbar Mini Golf (10th), the Surf City Hotel Bistro, which is a great bar and restaurant (8th), Surf City Pizza (11th), Blue Claw for fresh fish and seafood (11th), and Wally's (Long Beach Boulevard). We are also a quick walk from the lifeguarded bay beach on 15th street. You name it; it's here!

Great house perfect location beautiful views
My family and I loved staying at this home. The house is in a wonderful location close to the bay. The wrap around porch and rooftop offer beautiful views of the bay. It was very clean, and was very well stocked with kitchen items, bikes, beach chairs, and everything you need to have a great LBI location. Truly a home perfect for families!

Fantastic House for Family Vacation
We had a great time at the house. Very easy to deal with Tom on email or text. House was clean and had everything we needed for a the week. Would be happy to stay here again and recommend it.

Great bay side house!
We stayed at this house from 8/14-21/2021. The location was great, very close to the bay and an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen had the necessary utensils, plates and cookware, and the house was clean. The rooftop deck and side deck had a wonderful view of the bay.

Enjoyed everything about this charming family home by the water!
We had a wonderful time here and are sad to go! The home is lovely and comfortable and had everything that we needed for our little family! We loved all of the different balcony spaces (with water views) and enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner outside listening to the water, watching the sunsets and also sitting at the top terrace at night and looking at stars! We also loved riding bikes safely for our daughter on our small block and around the cute streets. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the living room is bright, cozy and airy, the outdoor balconies with view of water are wonderful and we also enjoyed the extras - bbq, ping pong table, chalk board, darts, weights and speed bag, little corn hole set, bikes, sand toys, beach chairs and beach buggy. Lastly, it is a great location (quiet street with views of water and nice breezes), yet short walking distance to beach, mini golf, icecream, restaurants (including Blue Claw seafood!!!). A wonderful family home that is well loved and maintained by the owners. Would definitely come back!

Go Ahead, LBI
Really liked the location of this property. Good amount of space indoors and outside.
There were a few minor things that needed to be repaired, however was not a big deal.
The living room/ kitchen combination of open space works well for gathering. A/C was great too! The owner, Tom, was very responsive and helpful. The house is well stocked with beach gear and we took advantage of using a few things during our stay.

The house was a perfect view of the bay. It was tidy when we showed up and fit all of us comfortably. The air conditioning was an added bonus with it being so hot this week. The owner Tom was great at answering any and all of my questions. Perfect for a family vacation!!! Definitely recommend!!

Welcoming, cute, and clean!
We loved our stay here! A friend and I brought our kids down for the week and this house was perfect for us -- a bedroom each for myself and my friend, and the 3 girls shared the third bedroom. The owners were very kind and responsive before we got there, and when we got to the house it felt like they put a lot of love into it -- which made it feel pleasant and welcoming. The house was well stocked with more gear than we could have hoped for, thank you! The decks are a great place to hang out and the view was great from up top. The extra room downstairs was fun for the kids and it was nice to be able to drag the beach wagon into the garage every night. It was easy to walk to the beaches as well as the stores and eateries... and ice cream, lots of ice cream! Thank you for a wonderful house to stay in, our little girls loved it too.
