Go Coastal in this Beach Block house with Ocean Views. Not far from the Causeway bridge, this recently renovated, reverse living, 5 bedroom*, 2.5 bath home offers casual comfort both inside and out, including central AC! Weekly price includes a changeover cleaning.
The middle floor has 3 bedrooms, and a full bath with tub. The kids will love the bedroom with built in custom bunks with pull-out trundle. This floor also has a bedroom with a queen bed & TV and another bedroom with a queen bed. An added feature is the covered front deck where you can relax with your morning O.J. or coffee with cool southern breezes.
Upstairs, the open concept living area boasts a tasteful kitchen with a sizable island bar, stainless appliances, a living room with a gas fireplace & a dining area offering an oceanview from inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment and utensils you need to cook and dine in. Take a Margarita out on the comfortable top floor deck with ocean views directly off of the living space. Tucked away is a King bedroom ensuite with TV, plus an additional hallway half bath.
When it’s party time, multiple back decks all lead to the fabulous, backyard that is straight out of Key West. Perfect for grillin’ and chillin’, this large space is complete with a covered tiki bar, Cable TV, Outdoor speakers, small bar refrigerator, New Weber natural gas grill, outside shower & HEATED POOL!
The tastefully landscaped front and side yard has parking for four cars. Inside, the finished garage has lots of storage space including a spot to hang your surf boards, and houses a full size refrigerator to keep your beverages cold. There’s also a bonus room to sleep more guests! *(This bonus room serves as the fifth bedroom, Twin over Full and Full.)
DESTINATION WEDDING? – This would make a great place for your guests to stay! Bonnet Island Estate, Mallard Island Yacht Club, and the Stateroom are just minutes away. We are also convenient for events at other Banquet Halls including Sea Shell Resort, Daddy O, The Boat House, Yacht Clubs, and more.
The location of this home is ideal for taking advantage of all the town has to offer. One block over is the LBI favorite, LBI Table. Just a short walk away, you will find The Local, the amazing new LBI eatery, with outdoor seating for morning coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, juice bar, prepared foods and market. Another two blocks away is the Rare Company with award-winning chowder and Woody’s, famous for burgers and ice cream. Just a few blocks South is the friendly Wave Hog Surf Shop offering rentals and lessons seven days a week. Also within a short walk is Flamingo mini-golf, local library, convenience store, and a school playground. Endless Summer Arcade and Ice Cream is just around the corner!

Great house!
Great house! 9 women all fun! Close to the beach but nothing beats the heated pool and fabulous backyard. Would stay here again and again!!!!

Great vacation rental
This is the perfect vacation rental. The house is beautiful, the kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large family. The ocean is only a 2 minute walk, but why leave the amazing back yard. So many places to sit and enjoy your time together. We love this house!

Best vacation rental ever.
This house is the perfect vacation rental. It is beautiful and the owner has thought of everything you could need. The kitchen is well stocked to cook meals for a large family. The multiple decks give everyone their own space to hang out. The beach is so close. The back yard is hard to leave, it is a vacation land of its own. This is our second time here and we will be back again.

Relaxing Shore House
Gone Coastal has everything you could want for a perfect shore house. Beautiful house located on a beach block with a heated pool in the backyard. The owners are easy to work with and very kind. My family and extended family enjoy staying here and making memories.

Clean!
The property was meticulously maintained with many unexpected and thoughtful touches . It is on the ocean block with easy access .We rented at the end of September ,while the beach was great, when it got cool, the heated pool and its surrounding area, bar etc, was a great amenity enjoyed by all of us,

We didn't want to leave!
We almost let the summer go by without spending a week on LBI. While perusing the properties on VRLBI for 2023, we noticed an availability for 2022. "It's that Margaritaville house with the pool!!" Say no more. We booked, we enjoyed, and we have nothing but new positive seashore memories. We were blessed with 6 sunny & warm September days. Our FAVORTE part of #182 is e back yard and pool. The pool water temperature was perfect! (The Ocean temp was good too!) Thank you for entrusting us with your piece of LBI paradise! One week is just not enough! :)

Great House, Great Location, Great Fun
House is perfectly located, less than a block to the beach and within easy walking distance of a number of delicious restaurants & fun activities. House is clean, rooms well- furnished, and landlord is very responsive. The best part is the backyard. Equipped with a pristine heated pool, fun tiki bar, clean Weber Grille, and loads of outside seating options, we spent hours floating in the pool, soaking in the sun, enjoying our little piece of paradise right outside our door. A great house for us, our kids and grandkids to enjoy a weeklong family vacation. Would definitely recommend!

Just pack your bathing suit
We've been renting in LBI for several years and this year our growing family of 12 lucked out finding Gone Coastal. Fully equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms and bedrooms, perfect outdoor space for spreading out, lots of decks for just relaxing or reading a book. The pool was a bonus and the favorite of the grandkids. So even in the midst of a pandemic we we able to enjoy some much needed family time just steps from a beautiful beach. Couldn't be better!

Great Escape
Great location, steps from the beach. Amazing well maintained yard. Pool temperature was always perfect. Great balconies at every level. House literally has everything. You just need linens, food, and your swimsuit, they have thought of everything.
