Being just a few steps from the beach WITHOUT the need to crossover Long Beach Blvd is a dream. Take advantage of staying close to home this summer and stay with us for your perfect family/group getaway.


The unit is completely updated with brand new floors paint furnishings and beautifully updated, luxurious-feeling bathroom and central air (Stay tune for updated pictures). It has 3 Bedrooms and 1 Full Bathroom. Each room can comfortably accommodate 2 person beds (up to 6 people). With balconies on the front and back of the property, you can enjoy the ocean breeze right from the unit. There is ample parking available that is shared amongst both units on the property. Both units are required to be mindful/respectful of the other tenants in the units as we want everyone to have a fun, enjoyable vacation.

If you are looking for more space, the bottom unit may be available upon request. It holds an additional 6 people and has the same layout as the this unit (the top floor).

Please bring your own beddings, towels and toiletries. The kitchen is completed with pots/pans, dishes and silverware. Wi-Fi is available.

The property has a spacious backyard with an AMAZING hot tub, but it is only available to one unit at a time due for privacy and sanitary concerns. The premium to use the backyard space (including the hot tub) is $100/day upon availability. Any violations of the backyard policy will be subject to loss of the security deposit.

CANCELLATIONS - Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 60 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.

In the event a cancellation is needed and we are able to find a replacement for that week, we will provide a full refund minus a 15% service charge.

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

First to pay will reserve the rights to the dates requested. Full payments required within 3 days of booking confirmation date from host. If dates of reservation are <= 1 week from booking date, payments required (at least deposit depending on payment limit constraints) within 24 hours to guarantee holding dates.

Could have been perfect

This rental is a nice space, decorated well and has good beds. Close to the beach. But it lacks the simple amenities you need to travel from home and not need the essentials. For instance, there were no drinking glasses, well one. No wine glasses, no barbecue utensils, a few large bowls but no casserole dishes, no corkscrew, no strainer. No dishwasher. The upper deck gets a lot of sand and stone there was no broom. Back bedrooms have the nicest balconies, there is zero furniture on them. We didn’t rent the jacuzzi area which I was relieved, the bar stools are rotted all the way thru and the straw from them just is left on the ground. By not renting the jacuzzi are I didn’t feel comfortable even going in the backyard as the other tenants claimed it and I wasn’t sure what I could use. I noted these issues to the owner after departure her response was, “thanks for the list, so I can make it better for the NEXT tenants!” Not exactly the warm and fuzzy response I expected. I have been renting on the island for 12 straight years, this house was the worst appointed house I’ve rented. It has great potential but not there yet.

Above and beyond what the photos show!

Rented this unit with a few friends/family members after my little brothers wedding semi last minute (about a month out) and was so beyond pleasantly surprised by the place. The photos simply just don’t do it justice. Everything was pristine, the bathroom was gorgeous, and don’t even get me started on the light-up makeup & anti-fogging mirror. The listing owner was extremely helpful in answering every question I had beforehand and fast to respond to any needs during our stay. A+ all the way around- will definitely be looking up this property and any others they have again in the future!

Home away from home

Our family of 5 (plus a surprise visiting family friend) were more than comfortable in the spacious and roomy beach house. The first thing you notice is that you are so close to the beach that you hear the waves crashing onto the shore. Then the beautifully kept home outside with ample parking. As you walk up there is seating on the outside deck to take sun or to eat outside. Inside feels cozy, airy and the many windows let in lots of natural light. It is clean and spacious. The air conditioning is great for those hotter days in summer. It is obvious that the owners take pride in their property and they have seen to all of our needs and then some. We can’t wait to visit again. I’m sure anyone looking to stay here will be happy they did.

Memorial Day Weekend Stay

I stayed here with a group of friends for Memorial Day Weekend and the property was great. We were only a few houses away from the beach and although it was a little cold for the beach we were able to use the hot tub in the outdoor space to spend some time outdoors. A new outdoor kitchen had just been installed that looked great and which we definitely would have used had the weather been nicer. The bathroom and furniture are newly updated and there was space to hang out in the living room. The Talwars were great hosts and provided useful recommendations and advice for our stay on LBI.

Perfect Location

We stayed for a few days around Labor Day and had a great time. The owners are very friendly. The location made it very easy to get to the beach. We also rented the backyard space which was well worth it. The hot tub and tiki bar were very relaxing after a day at the beach.
