Featuring 5 Bedrooms w/TVs in all rooms - Sleeps 12, includes 8 Beach Badges. This Beach Haven home was recently updated in 2020. The entire interior has been transformed into a Family Friendly, Beachy Getaway. Bonus hangout space in the 2-car garage.
Located in the quiet Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club section of Beach Haven, just a quick walk to the Beach! The outdoor space had a major face lift including new landscaping, outdoor seating and dining space, the firepit will warm up the night and features even more seating. 1 well-behaved dog is welcome (extra fee).
New Kitchen features: Stainless Appliances (Dishwasher, Stove, Refrigerator, over the stove Microwave, Toaster/Convection Oven. Kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware(indoor/outdoor), cookware, utensils, glasses (drinking, wine, indoor/outdoor), Keurig, Blender, and more.
Professionally decorated with new furniture: (7) Televisions with Premium Channels -HBO, Netflix, and fastest 1,000 Megabit WiFi for all! 2021 New Furniture, new flooring, new carpet, new area rugs, new mattresses, new bedding, new bathroom vanities, new outdoor furniture and new washer/dryer.
Living Room sectional sofa, accent chairs and 55” Curved Ultra High-Definition Television is the perfect spot to relax; we are fully stocked with board games for the whole family too! 2 Full bathrooms, plus a private outdoor shower with changing room.
The Bunkroom with TV has plenty of space to spread out and a giant bean bag couch.
Gas Grill to cook up a feast, Outdoor Space has a sectional sofa, dining, fire pit area and umbrellas. Main house includes 2 car garage space transformed to a Game Room complete with TV, Sofa, Pub Table and Foosball Table with a 2nd Fridge.
We are a quick bike ride and a 1 mile walk to the center of Beach Haven; Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club area is quiet, but close to all the action! Some of the best sunsets on the island can be seen off at the end of the street. Enjoy the spacious West Avenue that has a great park for kids just a few blocks South with playground and Pickle Ball courts. Walk to “Boardwalk” for ice cream!
The beach is quick walk and a wide-open guarded beach. On a clear day/night you can see the Atlantic City Skyline, and the sunrise is spectacular! There is a separate surfing beach with some of the best Beach Haven waves!

We Were Amazed
House is magnificent. It's comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Everything we could have possibly needed was there even lobster pot with everything needed to eat lobster - although we didn't.
Just two things we would have liked were grab bars and non-slip strips in the tub/shower.
We had a great long weekend get away.

Perfect house
This is the 2nd time we rented this house and we loved it just as much as last year. The house is super clean and well equipped. My older kids love the bonus room Hangout space in the garage. We had everything we needed and it’s just a short walk to the beach and not a long walk to town.

Perfect beach house!
We just got back from a week at Kerry and Tom’s beach house, we had the best time and can’t wait to go back! You can’t beat the location, steps from the bay and just two blocks to the ocean! My kids and I walked to the tennis courts, uncle Will’s pancake house for breakfast and boardwalk ice cream for a sweet treat, yum! The house is beautifully decorated and bright and very clean. We will definitely come back next Summer(maybe sooner with our kids’ remote learning!). Thanks Kerry and Tom!

Must Stay!
For my birthday and LDW, we decided to stay at Kerry and Tom’s amazing beach rental. We rented the main house and cottage for our stay. What a beautiful, clean, and up to date home. Both house and cottage were well kept for our stay. Both outside showers were amazing and hanging out on the outdoor couches was relaxing. Walking to the beach was a breeze. Watching the sunset from the bay was breathtaking. They provided us with beach badges, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The owners were just a text message away if we needed something or had a question. I would 100% recommend staying here for the fall or next summer. I’m looking forward to renting and coming back again! Thanks for a perfect stay.

Great home!
Lovely, clean, and bright beach home in great location. Spacious bedrooms - all 5 of them! Kitchen had everything to whip up a quick breakfast and head out for a 5 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches in Beach Haven. Kerry is just delightful. Looking forward to a return visit!
