Description
Bay Front Oasis
Our sun-drenched home is tastefully furnished and has wall-to-wall windows facing the water. A four bedroom/four bathroom house that sleeps up to 10 people. Open kitchen featuring a Viking gas stove, wine refrigerator and Nespresso machine stocked with pods. The expansive living area has a 55in flat screen TV & Sonos music and leads to the relaxing porch overlooking the bay. The sunny dining room with large rustic table has a wall of windows to enjoy your meals with a spectacular view. There is a second refrigerator in the garage to store beverages and overflow groceries.
Three bedrooms offer a private balcony and the master includes an extra sitting room. The master and junior master bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms and the quadruple bunk and queen bed room share a bathroom. All the bathrooms have recently been renovated and feature rainfall showers (with great water pressure!).
With a private dock and direct access to the bay, there are endless ideas for fun activities including swimming, fishing, paddleboard, kayak and the chance to catch crabs from the dock. A pair of SUP and two kayaks are available for your use. Watch your kids enjoy it all on the L-shaped outdoor couch on the back deck! Dine al fresco at the teak table that seats 8 later in the day. The beach is only a 5min walk (0.2 miles) with a traffic light to cross the boulevard and you can drop in at Agnello's Market on the way for a drink, snack or lunch. An oversized outdoor shower with dual spray heads awaits your return. This is the perfect retreat to create unforgettable memories.

A great week at the beach
This was our first time staying at XV Cedars. We have stayed in Harvey Cedars for many years, but our former rental was too small for a growing family. We chose XV Cedars for its beautiful spot on the bay and the great inside layout. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The home accommodated four families with two small children. Every possible amenity was available. It was a great week at the beach.

A real home away from home
We had a great week at XV Cedars!
The house had everything we needed to have a fun week: there were plenty of bikes, beach gear (the beach cart with the inflatable wheels was life changing), and amenities for cooking lots of meals. The beach was only a short walk away and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly!
We felt right at home in this beautiful house, it was comfortable and in great shape. Highly recommend it for a family or group of friends.

Great Rental
We enjoyed our week at XV Cedars Avenue. The house was very attractive. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beach and bay toys and bikes were plentiful and of high quality. We made use of all the amenities the house offered!

Best spot in LBI
My family and I love everything about this house. It is in a quite, lovely location in the Bay. Short walk to beach. The kitchen opens up to a deck and dock that makes hosting family easy and carefree. Tons of toys to occupy everyone. Bikes, stand up paddle boards, kayak, beach toys and chairs. We have made a family tradition of coming to LBI each summer and this house makes it all just divine.
Best of all, the hosts are extremely attentive and kind. Can’t recommend it enough.

I almost cried leaving
We can not say enough good things about XV Cedars. The entire experience was 5 stars. There were so many delightful surprises in this home. By far the most exquisite VRBO experience we have ever had. We loved it and can not wait to return.

Amazing LBI house!!
I found this house after a last minute change of plans and it was the best thing that could've happened to me... fortunately the owners still had a week open.
The location is a perfect Harvey Cedars spot, sitting right on the bay with a private dock and a short bike ride/or walk away from the beach.
The furniture is cozy, both outside on the decks & inside (comfortable beds are a key to a happy vacation in my mind). Having an outdoor shower and the garage for an easy in and out to the beach was perfect and being able to enjoy a drink on the back of the house or the upper deck while the kids jumped in the bay with the kayak or a paddle board while was a nice touch.
The house comes with bikes, a kayak, a new paddle board, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cart, beach toys and many more "bonus items" to list, the kitchen was fully stocked and it definitely had everything we needed for an amazing stay.
The owners were always a text away and were very accommodating and responsive.

Great house! Great location!
Easy access to the beach with a short walk. Home included beach chairs and everything we needed. We had a great time in the bay on the stand up paddle board and kayak.
