Located in Harvey Cedars, this 3000 square foot, 6 bedroom, 3.5 ~ bath bay front home is placed on a 10,000 square foot lot located on a wide cul-de-sac with only a few minutes walk to the beach. The living room, kitchen and 4 of 6 bedrooms have spectacular panoramic views of the bay that will make you feel like you're in the middle of the water. You can enjoy sunset waterfront views directly on an 1100 sq ft elevated outdoor deck which wraps around the entire water facing side of the house, or on the lower deck that has 90 feet of direct bay access, which is great for fishing, crabbing, swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. The bay is especially easy to access for kayaking and paddle boarding by using the large floating dock that can be lowered into the bay. It's also great to sit on or jump off of while it's in the bay.

We have 2 stand up paddle boards, 6 kayaks (including 2 tandem kayaks, altogether can seat 8 people), life jackets, 8 beach chairs, beach buggy, beach mat and umbrella.

Completed Renovations:
1. The kitchen was renovated Mar'21 with new appliances and kitchen design and Wood Mode cabinetry by Francie Milano.
2. New hard wood floors were installed Apr'21 and new carpeting on the second floor.
3. The house interior and outside deck were painted Apr'21.
4. New custom closets were installed in each room Sep'21.
5. All bathrooms were fully renovated May 2022.
6. House exterior was painted white Jun 2022.

The house was first rented in 2020.

Most frequent questions we get:
1. How close we are to the beach? You only have to cross one road. With two toddlers and a double stroller we manage it in a 8 minute walk. I expect most could do it faster. We make a beach buggy available to help bring beach gear (chairs, umbrella, etc).
2. Can you can tie up a boat? While we are directly on the bay and have boat cleats that will allow you to tie a boat either to the bulkhead or floating dock, we do not have a boat lift, which unfortunately is required to keep a boat safely overnight directly on the bay to avoid damage (water can be too choppy directly on the bay)... so it's possible to park the boat or jet ski there for day rentals and to get on and off, but a boat cannot be kept overnight or even during the day if the bay is very choppy.

2. Junior Master - 18.3ft by 15.8ft with two singles, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, sweeping views of the bay.

3. Bedroom 3 - 16.8ft by 14.10ft with two singles pushed together to form a king, closet, sweeping views of the bay and window facing cul-de-sac

4. Bedroom 4 - 15.10ft by 12.3ft with bunk bed and single (sleeps 3), closet and window facing cut-de-sac
