Start your day in the open Kitchen/Dining floor plan with a breakfast bar, pantry, stainless steel appliances and hardwood flooring. When hunger strikes, head into the fully equipped kitchen or fire up the gas grill outside. Dining room table seating for 6. Entertain while you prepare at the kitchen island/bar with seating for 2. Brew some coffee in the morning and step onto one of the 3 deck/patio areas to wake up to ocean views and salty air.
LOUNGE & LIVING SPACES:
The lower level living space has comfy seating for 5 and enjoy the built in bar for fresh cocktails, bar seating for 3. The glass doors open up to the pool and patio area. The mid level floor living is open concept to the kitchen and dining area with sliding doors to the deck. From this location you will have amazing views of the water and the Barnegat Lighthouse on the mid level deck. A built in fireplace brings sophisticated ambience. There are 8 TVs throughout the home and a family room on both the lower and mid floors, so guests can spread out with plenty of space.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
The paver backyard comes complete with an in-ground heated saltwater pool, sitting area, outside shower with hot and cold water, and Trex dock with electricity. Gas grill and patio dining table with an umbrella with seating for 6. There are 5 lounge chairs set up to take a nap by the water. The mid level deck has a dining table with an umbrella and seating for 8. A private lounge area with seating for 4.
Guests can use the 1 peddle boat, 1 adult kayak and 2 youth kayaks, plus life vests. Included are 4 bikes to enjoy a tour around the neighborhood or ride to the local bay beach.
The bay beach is an easy walk and fun for the whole family. NO beach badges required!
SPECIAL FEATURES:
A linen service will provide fresh sheets, blankets and bath towels for all in-season reservations, and off season reservations for 7 or more nights. Guest need to provide beach towels.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
*Covid 19 Precautionary Measures: Homeowner has contracted a Linen Company with an upgraded package to include sheets, bath towels, hand towel, kitchen towels, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets for every reservation. This is free of charge to the renter. Cleaners are spending more time in each home. Cleaners will spend time with the sanitization of high-touch areas (for example, door knobs, wall switches/plates, remotes, lamp switches, appliances (touch-pads and handles). (There is a $200 cleaning fee for off-season reservations only)

Wonderful Christmas at Clifton Isle!
We had a wonderful Christmas family reunion at 120 Clifton Road! The home has lots of room and is decorated with such a classy, elegant decor. It has a vertical layout which provides great views. Since it was December, we couldn't take advantage of the many outdoor amenities of the house, but it was obvious that the house would provide a wonderful summer experience also.

Clifton Isle Vacation
What a great house! My family and I had the best time!! The owners were extremely helpful and available to answer any questions. The house was clean and in such a beautiful location! Don't forget to check out the sunsets from the rooftop deck! The outdoor speakers had us listening to great music all week and the firepit by the lagoon was an added bonus!! Highly recommended!!!

Title: Wonderful Family Time
Our family of 12 (8 adults, 4 kids) had a wonderful time staying at your house. It is plenty roomy, and having the pool and the kayaks made the time extra special. When we weren't at the bay beach down the road, the kids were in the pool or in the boats. The bay beach was very relaxed and we enjoyed the gentle waves rocking us in our floats. We went to the LBI beaches twice - it took us about 1/2 hr to get there - and had fun in the waves there, but the little kids preferred the bay beach. Thank you so much for your hospitality, and for providing the linen service - that was a big help! Hope to come back one of these days

The Lido Deck!
This house is great for big families or groups. Plenty of bathrooms and the outdoor shower is probably one of the nicest I’ve seen or used at a beach house. The pool is so nice, we were in it constantly. Plenty to do with Bikes and kayaks
