Can't beat this view
We've rented this place two years in a row, and love it! You can really just show up with your luggage and linens, and have a fantastic time! The place is just as shown and is thoughtfully stocked with amenities. The view and proximity to the beach is fantastic - it really never gets old.

Absolutely Fabulous! Wish it were mine.
I can't say enough about how fabulous this rental home is. Fantastic Location! Steps from the beach. And it feels just like home...not a rental property at all. I loved sitting on the very large front deck having coffee in the morning and enjoying the fabulous view. The large picnic table and multiple outdoor chairs provides room for everyone on the deck. The huge kitchen table provides great views of the ocean and enough seats for everyone. You can tell the owners enjoy using this home in the off season, as all the furniture is very comfortable and everything is well maintained.
We created lots of wonderful memories with family and friends. The owners are super nice and very accomodating.
It was great having basic supplies provided, as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and beach passes. Having full laundry facilities makes packing a breeze. The additional 'beach shower' downstairs helps keep the sand where it belongs as well as coming in handy with multiple teenagers trying to get ready at once.
We definitely will be back!

Fantastic Vacation - Beautiful Property
Perfect Beach House for my family vacation. The view is spectacular from Kitchen, Living Room and Porch. This property is incredibly clean with comfortable. Owner is very accommodating and helpful.
I highly recommend this property. We've stayed here several times and never been disappointed.

Fabulous Home!
We just came back from our best (extended) family vacation! We rented both the bottom and top of this home, and found everything to be clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. We really couldn't get a better location for our family. With full ocean and partial lagoon views, the house is spectacularly located. It is literally steps from a beautiful private beach. I have rented on LBI for years, always in Barnegat, Loveladies, or Harvey Cedars, but this was by far the best location and home for our money. The deck of both floors has enough tables and chairs to fit the whole family. We dined outside every night.
The owners of both floors couldn't be more accommodating. It is difficult to make my whole family happy, but they did. Excellent job! We will definitely be coming back next year and we appreciate you sharing your beautiful home with us.

12 Seasons of renting on LBI
Many years of renting on LBI, Harvey Cedars & Loveladies on both sides of LBI Blvd, have enabled us to see pretty much the full spectrum of rentals.
PROs: 1)Location, 2)location 3)location. It really is steps from the beach, quiet block, not near the fire whistle, great ocean views. 4) Property was clean 5) A/C worked extremely well
CONs: 1) Bare bones amenities - If I am willing to pay your price and you tout the place to sleep 8. Only 3 rolls of toilet paper for the week? Really?? No dish washing detergent, No paper towels, no spare light bulbs! Other rentals just as nice, half the cost, have enough TP for a week. Had to go buy supplies. We expect to bring the usual, towels, sheets, food ect but 1st time in 12 years we had to buy ALL other basic things that have always been inlcuded. Calls to owner went unanswered.
2) Grill on ground floor on side of house, no covering. Going up and down 2 flights to BBQ gets old fast. Once you are by the grill you are fried by the sun no overhang at all. All other houses within eyesight have the grills up on there decks. Most of the neighbors are also 2 levels and all have BBQs on the decks. Why not this place?
3) No use of garage. This isn't a big deal but I would say about 1/2 of the time when we have rented on LBI, the garage is available to get the car out of the sun. We usually park the car and ride bikes most of the week so it would have been nice to put the car away.
4) No House Beach Chairs/ Umbrella's- Again not a big deal. I would say again about 3/4 of the time over the last 12 years of renting, the House provided chairs, beach umbrella, sometimes a bike or 2. This is a big bonus to find a place that does this. This place doesn't provide any of this.
Overall 2/5 and the 2 is really only for the location and cleanliness of the place. Trust me, for the price they ask you can find an equally ideal location with all the things this place is missing. I firmly believe that if I am will to spend the bucks the owners have the obligation to provide amenities commiserate to that spend.
