Comfy and relaxed beachfront home located in Barnegat Light, on beautiful Long Beach Island, NJ! Our clean, family friendly, home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeps up to 12 people. It has two kitchens (one on each floor), an outdoor shower, a beautiful second story deck with great views and plenty of parking. It is in a great location – life guarded beach only a short path walk away as well as easy access to the bay. Located at the north end of Long Beach Island just minutes from the Barnegat Light Lighthouse, miniature golf, ice cream parlor and restaurants! Perfect for a large family or two families that want to vacation together
5 Bedrooms - Sleeps 10 comfortably in beds and another 2 in a pullout coach. There are three rooms with queen beds and two rooms with twin beds. All the bedrooms have dressers in them.
3 Full Bathrooms - There are three full bathrooms (2 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor).
Living Room - The second floor living room has beautiful views, flat screen TV, a fireplace and a pullout couch.
Family Room - There is a spacious family room with a large flat screen TV.
2 Kitchens - Both floors have a fully functioning kitchen with refrigerators. The upstairs kitchen has a dishwasher as well. There are also dining areas on each floor.

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
