Highly-recommended! We just finished a 4-week stay here and this is one of the best Beach Haven rentals we've had in years. All the furniture is new or nearly-new and in excellent condition and comfortable. The kitchen is unusually well-equipped with tools and useful gadgets--and all appliances work well. Beds are very comfortable and the A/C units kept us plenty cool on the hottest days.
A few caveats: although it sleeps 10, there is no one space where 10 people can gather to sit or to eat together. The LR seats 7-8, the DR table seats 8 (and is cramped), the deck has chairs for 4 (and only small tables). That worked for our family but may be useful for others to know. The kitchen is a one-cook kitchen, and so we made lots of use of the gas grill. No off-street parking but because it's on the bay side, there was never trouble getting on-street parking spaces. The 3-block walk to the beach is not onerous and that end of Bay Ave. has minimal traffic so it's easy to cross safely.
The best feature: the double-sized outside shower! No need for a shower curtain to keep towels dry while you shower (and blow against you); no bumping against the shower walls; a seat for those who find it useful when undressing or drying.
A treat for the kids: watching the resident wild rabbit grazing on the yard's grass each day. A treat for all: sunsets at the bayside a half-block away, where you can jump in for a quick cool-off.
