Looking for a beach front getaway during your vacation? Well this house is the perfect vacation spot for you and your family. With a beach front view of the ocean from your balcony and access to the beach right next to your home, you will never have a dull day here at Holgate. After the beach closes you can enjoy yourself on the ground floor in our entertainment room, with numerous board games and a foosball table!
After a long day at the beach and out on the island all you need is a nice place to sleep. This house provides you with just that, it’s four bedrooms, sleeping 12 people in total, ensuring your family and friends can get the most comfortable experience possible. Need a late night snack? Well you can indulge in the house’s full kitchen with premium cookware, dinnerware and cutlery. In addition, our special keurig coffee machine is sure to keep you awake during your long excursions, and with a functional outdoor shower you will never have to worry about getting your sandy footprints in the house!
Beds - One King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 2 bunk beds each with double and twin sleep arrangement
Large living with 60" TV where you can play Netflix on Apple TV. Two bedrooms have direct ocean view.
Parking - 6 cars can be easily parked in the driveway. And there are plenty of off-street parking available too.
Beach Badge - There are 10 beach badges available for guests.

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great location
The house is beautiful and has great places for the family to spend time together. We love the deck and view, with easy beach access. The host is very helpful and responsive!

The BEST Holgate property!!
We just finished our 4th stay at Rahul's properties, and they keep exceeding our expectations. The house is always stocked with everything we need, from kitchen essentials to beach gear, making it feel like a true home away from home. Everything was spotless upon our arrival, and Rahul is always incredibly responsive and easy to work with. The views of the beach are absolutely stunning – we couldn't ask for a better place to relax and unwind. Can't wait to come back again!

Perfection!
Our stay at Rahul's home was simply perfection. The oceanfront location in quiet Holgate is everything we look for in a vacation rental yet it is close enough to be able to bike to markets, stores and attractions like Bay Village (elephant ears and chowder!). The home itself is so comfortable and equipped better than any rental we have stayed at in over 60 years of visiting LBI. The view from the deck and interior were all exactly as pictured and everything was spotlessly clean. Rahul was such a pleasure to work with and could not have been more responsive, getting back to me promptly with any question I had. We have already booked for next year.....I guess that says it all!

Lovely Ocean Front Home
This was our second week at this gem of a house. It has a great location and a great lay-out. To me what sets it apart is the responsiveness of Rahul, the owner, to any questions or requests. Also it's nice that a lot of staples such as paper goods, cleaning products, etc. are supplied.

Spectacular Views
this Holgate beachfront home has everything you desire for a relaxing vacation. The view of the ocean from many of the windows and the porch is one of a kind. The house has any amenity that you could possibly need and Rahul is just the easiest owner to deal with. The location and access to the beach was perfect for our 4 small grandchildren. Don’t miss out, this house is wonderful!

Long Beach Island Jewel
The beachfront home of Rahul and Sucheta was a wonderful home away from home. It allowed us to connect with our family in a very relaxed atmosphere, The view is spectacular. The third floor deck was great for our family get togethers. We all felt that it was the most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time. Rahul responded so quickly to all of our questions. The provision of basic products was wonderful and really appreciated. The location of the home on the island was great with very little traffic. We hope we can visit again.

Early vacation
Rahul offers a beautiful house with exceptional views. It does get a little windy at times, but not enough to spoil the pleasure of being there. Even in mid April, I was able to lounge on the deck and enjoy the sun and the sounds of the ocean.
Over the years I have rented many Ocean Front homes on lBI but I have never rented one that has been so well stocked with all of the basic needs, even down to coffee pods for the Kurig. I also like the fact that Rahul is so hands on with the details of the house. If you have any kind of problem he is right there ready and willing to resolve it. We all know that even in the best run homes, "things happen", it is the way that they are dealt with that makes the difference and Rahul makes the difference. Thank you so much for making my early vacation such a pleasure!
