This waterfront home in beautiful Harvey Cedars/Long Beach Island, New Jersey awaits you and your family! Ideal for a large family, the beach house was completely renovated and offers 6 bedrooms and a loft (sleeping space for 12), 2.5 baths (plus an outside shower), front and back decks to enjoy the seabreeze and access to Barnegat Bay! The main living area is open and spacious with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. Kitchen is entirely new with all stainless steel appliances and an island - it is ideal for entertaining guests or enjoying family gatherings! Three newly decorated bedrooms on the first floor along with a full bath; second level offers three more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private sitting area; the second bedroom upstairs is actually a guest suite with a private half bath; third bedroom upstairs can also be used as an office. The spacious loft on the third level is a perfect location for kids to have their own space! The outside shower lets you to rinse off after a perfect beach day! Flat screen TVs, Comcast cable and internet service. 65 feet of bulkhead enable you to launch your kayak or dock your jet skis or boat right at the beachhouse. Families can also enjoy Sunset Park in Harvey Cedars where children can enjoy the extensive playground equipment, beautiful bay side bike paths, basketball and tennis courts. We provide four beach chairs, a beach cart, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and more for great days at the beach. Pick your spot on the sand, relax and enjoy! If you enjoy biking or kayaking, we provide seven bicycles (including a tandem) and a two-person/tandem ocean kayak for your use during the rental period. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. The rental home is privately owned; the Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Upon check-out, the property should be left in the same condition as it was found upon check-in.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Outdoor grill burner should be used for any frying.
6. PETS are permitted only with prior approval. The Pet Addendum must be completed and a $150 pet fee applies if a pet will be at the property during the rental period.
7. Parking is limited to 5 vehicle(s). Parking on the road is not permitted at any time. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in this rental for an additional fee of $150/week.
9. Water and Sewer: The property is on city water and sewer services. PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $500.
10. Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
· The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
· A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
· The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
11. COVID-19: This contract will be null and void if US, NJ or Local laws prohibit rentals on LBI during Summer 2020. Renter payments will be refunded in full if laws prohibit the property rental.

Fabulous
Our 2nd year was so great, we are already booked for next year!
The pictures online absolutely do not do this lovely home justice. It is perfect for our extended family of 13, with 3 quiet bedrooms downstairs for the families with the younger ones to the loft for the teenagers. The main floor is perfect for gatherings. The bay is so wonderful for paddling and jet skiing and swimming. The location is perfect - more laidback than Beach Haven, but still only a short drive away.
We can’t wait for year 3!

Delightful
We spent a wonderful week at this lovely lagoon-side home. Melissa was easy to work with and a gracious host.
The house is very well equipped with all the water toys you could use(kayak, stand-up paddle board, beach chairs, beach wagon, etc.) and even bikes that are in great condition.
The kitchen is also very well equipped -- although we never found the salad spinner which is probably there.
The outdoor shower (a LBI necessity) had an very nice twist of being lined with cedar.
Highly recommended.

Felt like home...only better
The whole family had a wonderful time at this beautiful and comfortable home. The pictures absolutely do not do it justice. It was perfectly located. An easy walk to the beach, a short drive to Beach Haven and the shopping and of course, right on the calm, warm waters of the bay.
We can't wait until 2023!

Can’t wait to rent again
This house is just perfect, and the location was terrific. Beautiful sunsets and such a peaceful view. This was our first time at Harvey cedars and we loved how calm it was. The house is so well stocked and clean, every time we opened a drawer, we found more helpful supplies, not to mention games, bikes, and a kayak! Lovely spacious kitchen with open plan to the living room - perfect for hanging out. Owners were amazingly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this beautiful home. We can’t wait to rent again!

Perfect house on the bay!
This house met all our expectations - on a family vacation with 11 adults. Location was great - on a canal with sunset views. The owner provided bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and plenty of bath and beach towels. Kitchen was well supplied. Enough chairs at the dining room table. Beach not crowded and parking available on ocean block for those not biking or walking. The owner was very pleasant and responsive. Highly recommend this house for an easy, carefree vacation! I miss LBI already!

Great Family Vacation
We enjoyed our family vacation in Harvey Cedars. The house was perfect for our family. Very clean, open and great layout with plenty of room. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities. It was also great being right on the bay. We enjoyed kayaking and crabbing. The deck and backyard were a plus... hanging out and relaxing. The bikes were great as we rode thru out the week. Walking distance to a beautiful not crowded beach. The owners were great to work with. Great time on LBI

Great house, great location.
The house us clean, well stocked and a great location. Short walk to a beautiful and not very crowded beach. The loft is great for young teens. Harvey Cedars is also one of the nicest in LBI.

Nice Place..
All was as advertised. All the needed appliances and utensils and some. Not very close to the beach, but very simple drive drop off and parking near 153rd beach access point. Great beaches there as well. Back bay was really nice, Kayaking was great. Peaceful. Owners were really nice to deal with.

Our 4th year at this house on the bay.
That we have returned for our fourth year should tell you how pleased we've been with our stay at this house. It is well-equipped; all you need is your personal gear. It's an easy walk or bike ride to the ocean beach, and its back deck with table and chairs enough for 8-10, overlooks Barnegat Bay with it's peaceful mornings and beautiful sunsets. And, this year we spied a pair of swans doing their daily constitutional from the canal across to the bay and around the inlet back to their home on the canal. It was a perfect vacation.
