Please ask the owner or check their rental agreement when booking the property.
Minimum Age Limit For Renters: 25 years old.

Refundable damage deposit: $500
New for 2019: Rather than collecting from each tenant the now required 11% state and local sales tax assessed on all privately rented properties, I have engaged the services of Sand Dollar Real Estate to prepare all leases, collect rents and take care of the keys. Sand Dollar is providing this service at the following rates: $250 for leases up to $5000, 5% for leases over $5000 and under $10,000, max rate of $500 for leases over $10,000. This fee is in addition to the rental rate; however it is a significant savings from the 11% sales tax that would otherwise be charged to each tenant.
I will still oversee rentals and be onsite to greet each tenant.

Check-in is 3pm Saturday, Departure is 10am Saturday.
Deposits are non-refundable if for any reason the tenant cannot make lease commitments.

Perfect Clean house for small family vacation

My wife and I (along with our 4 month old baby) spent the week enjoying all that LBI had to offer ... Joanne's home did not disappoint and provided the perfect home base for our trip

The home is extremely clean and very well decorated, most other rental units I looked at in this price range tended to be older / less clean

The sunsets on the second floor porch were amazing, we had seafood dinners out there almost every single night.

The proximity to the coffee shops / markets / butchers of Surf City is perfect but you are right on the cusp of north beach where the beaches are much less crowded.

Ideal Vacation Spot

This upper level dwelling is light and breezy, well-appointed, and so comfortable.
Very clean and stocked with all the amenities you can possibly need -- and then some.
Perfect location right across from beach access.
Joanne is the perfect owner -- kind and generous and very responsive.
She makes your stay that much more comfortable!
I hope to spend many, many summer vacations here.
