It's a cozy, casual, and comfortable house that is newly renovated. It is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. I have been renting this house out in the summer for many years, with happy tenants coming back for 30 years, 18 years, etc. We may soon have second floor available. I recommend travel guard insurance. If lessee cancels and i am able to re-rent for the same amount, I will refund, less ten percent of the total or $200.00 whichever is less.

We had a great 4-day stay at Michael's place on Waverly Ave. The unit was much nicer than the pictures. It was very much like every other rental property we've had at the shore. Very clean and tidy. The bathroom was definitely recently redone and felt like new! The location of the unit speaks for itself.
Highly recommend for a stay on LBI. Working with Michael was easy for payment, check-in, and check-out. Hope to be back!

House is in a very convenient location, great for kids and adults , bay and beach close to walk and safe to ride a bike, downtown is round the corner , shops amusement park etc

Great location for a family, away from the noise and bustle of the ocean side. Conveniently located near most everything you need. Clean and comfy 1st floor rental. Good for a family of 6 or 8. Big outdoor fireplace for barbequing. Large side yard parking and room for fun activities too. One block from the bay where the sunsets are great. (Water is warmer on bayside also) Has an outdoor shower which is great on hot days. Enjoyed both of my stays there with my family. Shooting for this year too.

We have been renting this house for several years and it is in a great location. The house is located about three blocks from the beach and half a block from the bay. It is also close to Fantasy Island and Bay village. This house is everything a shore house should be.
