Description
We just got our certificate of occupancy in Jan 24 and are decorating now. New pictures to follow in late February after decorating is complete.
Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and less than a block until your feet hit the sand. Three story, six bedroom and six bath with a new pool. The first floor has two bedrooms (one king, one with bunks-3 total twins) and a small kitchen and family room area. There is also a washer & dryer with one and a half bathroom. Elevator access and walk out to the pool.
The middle floor has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a laundry room, and a deck facing the front of the house. Two of the bedrooms are queen, the main is king, and the fourth has bunk beds (three twins total).
The reverse living has the top floor with a large dining area, kitchen, wet bar, and family room. The back deck extends the entire house with a sitting area and outdoor dining space, with views of the ocean. There is also a grilling deck on the front of the house. There is a large pantry, another bathroom and high-end appliances throughout. The couch has a foldout full size bed in the family room.
Finally, there will also be a roof deck with sweeping views of Beach Haven. We have a Sonos music system throughout the house and on the decks.
Park at the house and no need to drive again until you leave! Our house is walking distance to Bay Village, Fantasy Island, and all of the many shops and restaurants Beach Haven has to offer!!
Additional Amenities:
Six Beach Badges provided at the beginning of the season (kids under 12 don't need them). This convenience is provided at no extra cost, and I ask that you leave them in the condo for the next renter.
We are a Friday to Friday rental (check in at 4pm, out at 11am). We request a $1,000 deposit to hold the rental through venmo or personal check. We ask for 50% of the remaining balance 60 days prior and the remaining balance 30 days prior to beginning the rental.

Cleaning & Linen Service Policy:
The home will come included with pillows, quilts and throw blankets. Unless you've purchased a linen package from a 3rd party (a realtor for example), you are responsible for linens, towels, & wash cloths.
A cleaning service to clean the house on your departure is included in the charge above. You are responsible that all debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage bags and transferred to the large trashcans by the road on predetermined days of the week. At the conclusion of your stay, all items are expected to be returned to their proper place.
Checkout by 11am Friday, check in after 4pm on Friday.
If it becomes necessary for the renter to cancel this lease for any reason, deposit monies paid, less 200.00 service charge, shall be returned to the renter ONLY if the owner is able to re-rent said premises for the same date. If the property is not re-rented, the renter is responsible for the entire lease amount.
If State or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation of an area that includes the premises, you shall comply with the order and will not be entitles to a refund.
LOST KEYS: Renter's security deposit will be charged $50.00 if any key is lost or not returned for any reason.
There are stairs but also an elevator that comes from the bottom floor all the way to the third floor.

Wonderful Home
We stayed for a week in the beginning of July and had a wonderful time. The location can't be beat, it had comfortable beds, and we loved the dual living spaces- it gave a space for the kids and a space for the adults. We spent time on the comfortable back porch each night, and enjoyed the fire pit. Chris was quick to respond and always helpful. We look forward to coming back!

Great Cozy Beach Oasis
This home offers charm, comfort and convince. There is ample room for a family to relax, with all the comforts and amenities of home. The location is such a plus, near all that Beach Haven has to offer in food, entertainment and shopping. To top is all off you can take a short walk to the beach to watch the sun rise and another across to the bay to enjoy the sunset. Thank you for your lovely home rental!

Great House with a Great Location!
The location of the house is amazing, only a short block to the beach. The house was clean and contained all the amenities needed for the week. The new full-sized washer and dryer were nice and made doing laundry easy. The two decks are great and having a fenced backyard was key because we brought along our two dogs. The backyard also has a fire pit with ample seating. The house is only a short walk to all the downtown shopping and restaurants. Chris provided helpful tips for the house and surrounding area and was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone in our family had an enjoyable time for the week!

Fantastic Stay!
My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Chris' home. From the start, Chris was wonderful to communicate with, answered any questions we had and made the booking process easy. Chris also was in touch and provided helpful tips for the house and surrounding area leading up to our stay. The house was super clean, stylishly decorated throughout, and the layout is perfect for families with kids, especially with the two living rooms. Kitchen was perfect - had everything we needed - great attention to detail. We spent a lot of time outside on the decks and utilized the firepit almost every night! Loved having the fenced in backyard space, especially for our dog. The location is absolutely fantastic. Just a few houses to the beach, extremely close to our favorite donut and bike rental shop, and just a short walk to bay village and the amusement park. So many options for food and shopping. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We can't wait to go back!!

Perfect Location-Everything we needed.
What a great stay. Dealing with Chris was very easy. He was available whenever we had questions. The backyard is huge. I love the 2 decks. Inside was done nicely. Only 4 house from the beach and no need to cross any street. Perfect location for a nice 5-10 minute stroll to everything. Only time we took the car out was for my wife to go to ACME and go grocery shopping. We will be staying here again. Thanks again Chris and family for allowing us to share your home.

Ideal beach vacation for families
Our first trip to LBI and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was just what we needed! Super clean and tastefully decorated, equipped with everything necessary to feel at home. The location was amazing- a few minute walk to the beach and an easy 5-10 minute stroll to shopping, restaurants, etc.
Loved the beach! Nice sand, pretty water and great waves. Our teens usually get bored with the beach pretty quick but not here! They spent hours in the water surfing and swimming.
We will definitely be back!

Great covered porch and Backyard with fire pit! House is clean and adorable decorated. Beach is so close (one block away), beautiful day and night and the waves are a ton of fun. Bring or buy (many stores on Main Street sell them) boogie boards. Main Street has a lot of options for food, bars and shopping. Kids loved Playa Bowl for their açaí bowls. Great for kids of all ages and adults only.

Great time at a great location
I spent the week with my daughters family at the shore. We had a great stay and the house was perfect for what we wanted. We had four kids with us so being so close to the beach was great for going back and forth. The house is recently updated and I loved how you can hear the waves at night. We will definitely be back.
