Looking for a clean/updated/newly renovated place to stay for vacation? Then, this is the place for you! Kick back and relax in your home away from home townhouse! You can view the bay from the master bedroom as well as take a casual short stroll to the beach.There is a relaxing living space with a queen sofa sleeper, a recliner, 50 inch smart TV where you can stream your music and watch Netflix/other movies (wifi included).
The newly renovated kitchen is stocked with all new appliances as well as any possible amenities including pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils needed. A gas grill is outside, on the fenced in patio, with a table (w/umbrella) and chairs to have a relaxing dinner during the sunset. Downstairs there is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.
Upstairs you have 2 beautiful updated bedrooms. Master Bedroom- with a KING size bed, brand new ceiling fan fixture/ lighting, newly decorated, closet, dresser and enough room to fit a pack-n-play for the little one if needed. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a brand new ceiling fan fixture/lighting, dresser and newly decorated. You will also find yourself very comfortable with the newly installed central A/C to suit any temperature to your liking. In addition to 1 full bath located upstairs that includes a tub/shower/toilet and sink with vanity.
This property is central located and walking distance to Pinky Shrimps, Acme bike shop and Skipper Dipper.
As well as a short drive to Acme supermarket and Fantasy Island!
Included with your stay you will receive 4 beach badges so you and your family can enjoy the beautiful LBI beach that is life guarded and create memorable moments with family and loved ones. Change over cleaning is included in the rental rate for this Townhouse.
This property is a Saturday to Saturday weekly rental.
This property has a smart front door lock installed which you will need the 4 digit pin to enter the unit. You will receive the code 2hrs prior to check-in. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am.

50% deposit is required with signed contract. Remaining 50% and security deposit due 1 month prior to check in.
