This cute and cozy beach house was recently renovated and refurbished with all new ceramic and tile floors in bathrooms and living areas including new fixtures in bathrooms. Furnished with all new furniture and the entire home was newly painted! New kitchen with dishwasher and stove. Brand new upstairs bathroom and new downstairs shower for 2023!!

Ideal for 2 families to share or for groups. even in the Spring.

House is rented weekly In Season from mid-May to September and is available weekly or for extended getaway weekends for couples or family gatherings or small groups from October to May.

This is a great home for family gatherings due to its proximity to Fantasy Island.

Security for groups is $200 per person

Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out time is 10AM.

Cancellation Policy: The tenant shall be responsible for the entire lease. If the tenant wishes to cancel for any reason, the tenant must do so in writing to the owner. The lease shall be terminated only after another tenant is secured or permission from the owner is given.

House is available for seasonal rental from Memorial Day to after Labor Day and weekend rentals in May and June and after Labor day. Ideal for one or two families to share or for weekly or seasonal group rentals and/or special weekend getaways.

Perfect Vacation Home

This is our third year staying here and it’s my daughter’s favorite tradition! It’s a short walk to fantasy island & bay village. The second refrigerator was a huge bonus this year & the house has plenty of parking! It is a block and a half from the beach and a perfect spot to sit on the balcony to watch the sun set! The owner is great and easy to work with, we’re looking forward to next year!

Perfect Vacation Home

This was my second year renting this perfect home, and will be renting again in 2023. just blocks away from bay village, 2 minute walk to the beach. the butcher block island in the kitchen is a great addition. Beautiful Home!

Cozy Blue Cape

This was our second year enjoying this great property ! The location in Beach Haven is totally perfect , a quick walk or bike ride to Chegg , Murphy’s Market & Fantasy Island. The house has been consistently updated with new hardwood floors this year & 2 new updated bathrooms ! Plenty of parking & a great outdoor shower to boot ! Definitely would recommend for an enjoyable trip to LBI !

Cute & Cozy Blue Cape 2020

Very nice place, clean & spacious.
Kitchen has been nicely updated with butcher block center island & new appliances ! Awesome location, very close to Bay Village & all the activities ! Only 1 block and half to the beach. The owner is very nice & extremely easy to deal with. Would recommend this house to anyone , we will definitely be back in the summer of 2021

Family Fun

I just spent a week here with my family and we had an amazing time in the house! Loved the brand new kitchen and all the work that has been done to the house. The home is close to the Chegg and fantasy island for the kids! I will be coming back next year!
