Great location and property
My friend and I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was a super close walk to the beach and convenient to the food market and restaurants. The unit was very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had adequate supplies for 2 people. The weather was good so overall a great week.

Perfect House In the Perfect Location
My family and I have been coming to LBI for years but this is the first time we rented a house. It had plenty of space and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was central to all our favorite places and so close to the beach! We had only one small issue and the owner was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Great beach place!
We had a great stay here. The house is inches from the beach and convenient to any number of great amenities, while not being right in the middle of the downtown hullabaloo (or right next to that ridiculous fire siren). The place is in great condition and is well furnished. Recommend!

Location
This property was only three houses from the beach and close to Spray Beach Hotel, where they have an outside bar and restaurant. It was very clean and comfortable. Laura was a great host. She replied to my every query within a few minutes.

Great stay in LBI. Home was excellent. House was very clean and close to everything! Loved being a couple steps away from the beach.

Walk to beach ws great
The wood railing going upstairs was old and rotted. Gave me splinter when holding rail. I realize its summer, but there were ants in kitchen counter and table.

Great location and very clean
House is modern inside and was very comfortable for the six of us. Was in a great location only a few houses and short walk to the beach. Many restaurants and shops nearby as well. Most importantly, the house was very clean.
