Also includes new kitchen cabinets, new Granite countertops, and new flooring. This beautiful home is conveniently located close to the Causeway near restaurants, shopping, food stores, ice cream shops, bike rentals, mini-golf, and other family activities as well as near Ron Jons and the new CVS. An easy drive to Atlantic City with its famous Boardwalk and numerous World-Class Casinos. The house is one hour from Philadelphia and a ninety-minute commute from New York City.
There is a large wrap-around deck with deck furniture plus a rooftop deck. Private enclosed outside shower with a dressing area plus plenty of off-street parking. The house has an open floor plan with a large cathedral-ceiling Great Room. Tastefully decorated and furnished by a professional designer to provide a relaxed beachy atmosphere.

PAYMENT DETAILS:
50% deposit due with lease signing
50% due 30 days before check-in
$750 refundable security damage deposit
Group Rates are extra $3000-6000.
Security for groups is $200 per person
Pets are accepted with a $250 Pet Fee
Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM.
Cancellation Policy: The tenant shall be responsible for the entire lease. If the tenant wishes to cancel for any reason, the tenant must do so in writing to the owner. The lease shall be terminated only after another tenant is secured or permission from the owner is given.

House is available for seasonal rental from Memorial Day to after Labor Day and weekend rentals in May and June and after Labor day. Ideal for one or two families to share or for weekly or seasonal group rentals and/or special weekend getaways.

perfect house!!!
nothing but great things to say about this property/owner! first, it’s pink… come on!!! the property is so gorgeous with a lot of room for parking. the house is in great shape with so much space. the ceilings were tall and the bedrooms are spacious. the deck has an outside table with many chairs which would be perfect for a large family staying! the sun deck on the roof was great and i saw the brightest shooting star i’ve ever seen one night there! the location is perfect- right over the bridge and in walking distance to many things such as the gym, the Local, Wawa, Ron Jon’s and more. the owner was so helpful and accommodating and i would definitely rent one of his properties again in the future! so well kept and perfect for making great memories down the shore… thanks so much for everything!!!

Pretty In Pink- The Best Summer Vacation Spot
August 2024 is the 3rd Summer we rented Pretty In Pink. We choose this property over and over again due to the amenities, location, Chris (owner) being so great to rent from as well as the house being so accommodating. You can walk to so many different places from ice cream to mini golf and restaurants. Bonus having the beach 8 houses away! This place will not disappoint. We already locked in our 2025 dates!

2024 marked our 7th summer staying at Pretty in Pink. Owner Chris provides a very clean and comfortable dwelling for enjoying our time on LBI. We consider our time spent here a family tradition. Looking forward to 2025!

Pretty In Pink
Our family has stayed here for a week for the past 4 summers, and every year the owner has significantly upgraded the property. These changes have made the property more comfortable and inviting.
The location is perfect for ease on and off the island, and accessible to mini golf, dining and coffee shops.
We're looking forward to our stay in 2023.

Home away from Home - close to everything
We had a wonderful time staying at the “Pretty in Pink” house in Ship Bottom during our stay in July. The house had all the amenities you would need as well as enough room to sleep and entertain. We were able to grill, relax on the deck and watch the fireworks from the top deck. The owner Chris responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. The house was in a great location to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We all had a great time and look forward to staying again.
