Welcome to “SUNSETTER”. A fabulous 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Beach House, only one house off the ocean. Located in Surf City on Long Beach Island NJ. This Oceanside home has beach access at the end of the driveway with no streets to cross.
The house was renovated and furnished by a professional decorator to provide a relaxed and beachy feeling. There is an all-new modern eat-in kitchen. Cathedral ceilings in the Great Room (living room, dining room and kitchen), and also in the Master Bedroom Suite. Ceramic tile in all living areas and Pergo wood floors in all four bedrooms.
3 new televisions plus new appliances and furniture throughout house. WI-FI High-speed cable internet! Master suite features a king bed and sitting area with couches and love seats and a private bathroom.
The second & third bedroom have a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a twin bunk plus an additional twin bed. The Living room has a couch and love seat.
The house is a two-story, ranch-style home which has central air and gas heat with numerous decks and plenty of large windows for beautiful views of the ocean.
The house has plenty of off-street parking for your convenience plus a new outdoor shower. The home is located at the end a beach block just a few steps from the beach (one back from the ocean) with no street to cross to get onto the beach.
House is close to miniature golf, many family activities, kid-friendly restaurants, ice cream stands, bicycle rental stores, etc.
The house is conveniently located close to the causeway at the entrance to LBI and 30 minutes from Atlantic City with its Famous Boardwalk and World Class casinos, 1 hour from Philadelphia and hours from New York City.

PAYMENT DETAILS:
50% deposit due with lease signing
50% due 30 days before check-in
$750 refundable security damage deposit
Group Rates are extra $3000-6000.
Security for groups is $200 per person
Pets are accepted with a $250 Pet Fee
Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM.
Cancellation Policy: The tenant shall be responsible for the entire lease. If the tenant wishes to cancel for any reason, the tenant must do so in writing to the owner. The lease shall be terminated only after another tenant is secured or permission from the owner is given.

House is available for seasonal rental from Memorial Day to after Labor Day and weekend rentals in May and June and after Labor day. Ideal for one or two families to share or for weekly or seasonal group rentals and/or special weekend getaways.
Long Beach Island (LBI, Jersey Shore): Ranked by National Geographic Traveler Magazine in 2003 as one of the top 5 family beaches in USA. LBI is located 90 min from NYC.

Always love being this close to the beach
We have been coming for the past several years and it is a wonderful way to end the summer. Who does not want to be 10 feet away from the ocean. Every time I park the car I just go take a look at the beach. The master bedroom is huge. The vaulted ceiling opens the living room up and the deck is great to grill and hang with the family.

Amazing Location, Great Owner
Stayed at Chris' house in early August. The location of the house is amazing, right at the entrance to the beach. The kitchen is stocked very nicely, the master bedroom is enormous and there was plenty of room for our family and friends. Chris is a great owner, very responsive. Would definitely rent again.

Location Location Location!
My wife and I just stayed here for thee week with my cousin and her husband, and it was a great week! The house was wonderful, the master suite is enormous with a great deck with terrific views of the ocean and sunsets over the bay. The other bedrooms were larger than they appeared in the photos, and the front deck is very large. Our greyhound loved lounging on the deck for hours at a time!
Did I mention the location? Steps from the path to the beach, it couldn’t be more convenient, so close you could hear the waves! Chris was really responsive and made the rental process very easy. I highly recommend!

Great Week as always. So close to the beach
We have stayed here twice now and will be staying again in August. The location is incredible, center of the island, ten feet from the ocean and great waves to surf right in front of the house. Spacious house with lots of parking, outdoor shower, and ocean views from the upstairs humongous master bedroom.
If anyone wants to surf or be near the ocean, this is the house to rent. Can't wait until August to head back.

Great experience
Wow. 1st, the owner is extremely kind. I will forever rent at any of his locations.
This house was very spacious and just being right next to the beach made the experience so peaceful and relaxing. I can just walk out the door , take 20 steps, and be right on the beach. The front deck was great to sit, chat, and eat with friends while also being able to hear the soothing waves in the close distance. Night time was my favorite on the deck. The big windows of the house provided a lot of fresh sunlight during my days. The kitchen and living area is an open concept allowing for continuous mingling with friends and family while going about cooking and chilling together. Kitchen provided alot of supplies which made my kitchen days a breeze. PARKING. GREAT PARKING. I stress out when there is limited parking but here there is plenty of parking space, love that it's secure from weather under the deck. LOCATION is awesome. Wawa is right around the corner
