Description
Welcome to “DREAMSCAPE”, a Loveladies NJ contemporary oceanfront home with 5 or 6 Bedrooms and a Bunk Area. 3.5+ Baths and Sleeps 16! Built high on the dunes on Long Beach Island with fantastic unobstructed endless views of the Atlantic Ocean and Barnegat Bay. House stands alone on the sandy beach with the nearest neighbor over 200 feet away providing a wonderful feeling of privacy.
The new large Fiberglass rooftop deck provides fantastic views up and down the entire island including views of Barnegat Lighthouse.
House is newly renovated with vinyl siding, decks, and composite railings. Four upgraded bathrooms including ceramic and marble floors with new fixtures. New furniture, bedding, kitchen cabinets, and Granite countertops.
Garage area converted to a large 1,000 SQFT Great room with Flat screen TV, couches, two twin beds, Ceramic tile floors, a refrigerator, French doors, and an interior stairway to the middle floor.
All living areas, Great room, Master Bedroom, and Stairways upgraded to Hardwood floors with Pergo wood in other bedrooms.
New 2-zone AC system and gas heat.
High-speed internet with Wi-Fi.
Ten beach badges are provided for family rentals!!
Tennis courts are nearby within 200 feet of the house. Lifeguards patrol the beach directly in front of the home for safety.

LBI is located 30 min from Atlantic City, 1 hour from Philadelphia, and 1.5 hours from NYC
Payment Details:
50% deposit due with lease signing
50% due 30 days before check-in
$1000 refundable security damage deposit
Group Rates are extra $3000-6000.
Security for groups is $200 per person
Pets are accepted with a $250 Pet Fee
Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM.
Cancellation Policy: The tenant shall be responsible for the entire lease. If the tenant wishes to cancel for any reason, the tenant must do so in writing to the owner. The lease shall be terminated only after another tenant is secured or permission from the owner is given.

Views and so close to the ocean
My family has stayed here a few years now and it is everything the owner says it is. House is very accommodating to extended families and four of the 5 bedrooms have awesome ocean views. We always enjoy our stay here and have reserved for next year!

Can’t beat the location
With our big extended family (3 grown children, their spouses and 7 grandkids), this big house with its great ocean front location is perfect for our annual summer beach family vacation. The house has plenty of space for everyone to hang out together We’ve been renting this house over the years and we really appreciated the new ac for this year. Chris, the owner, is extremely responsive and goes out of his way to make sure everything is set right.

Wonderful Week in Loveladies
Had entire family gathered for a big birthday. Nothing like it. Large deck facing the Ocean was a magnificent place for cocktails and dinner every evening. Views are the absolute best! Bedrooms were all comfortable and enjoyed full ocean vistas. With a houseful of kids, immediate access to the beach was heaven! Sunsets off the rooftop deck were spetacular, as well. Loveladies is as good as it gets for summer vacations! Don’t miss this place!

Enjoyed Every Minute
Dreamscape was perfect for our annual summer family get together. All bedrooms have spectacular views and the sound of waves crashing. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and dinners in the evening on the ocean facing porch. And we had wine and cheese on the roof deck. We have young grandchildren so being so close to the beach was a big plus for us. Our family said they enjoyed every minute,

Another Great Vacation!
We just returned from our annual family summer vacation in Loveladies. This is our 10th year! And each year Chris improves this property to make our vacation better! The location is impossible to beat - right on the beach, near the lifeguards, beautiful views, excellent amenities in the house. Highly recommend this property, especially for a family! We love it and have already booked for next year!

Winter Gem!
I’m sure it’s a gem in the summer too, but we have been here. Is for a few years in the winter. The solace of the Jersey Shore in the winter and home that welcomes you back year after year like a long-lost friend. Chris and his group provide fantastic accommodations in a clean, fun, beautiful ocean-front home that enables us to celebrate family with absolutely stunning views! Highly recommend!!
