Description
Welcome to our charming beach home. Our condo is on the beach in the heart of Beach Haven. We take pride in our home and we are on location every Saturday to greet you and make sure everything is clean and well maintained. We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. Our guests enjoy our prime location and convenience to everything. Enjoy majestic and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets right from the third-floor bedroom and deck. We recently purchased and renovated our home. One of our major renovations was redesigning the staircase to the second bedroom on the third floor making it more comfortable and easier to traverse. We have all new floors and both bathrooms and kitchen are newly renovated.
Our price is all inclusive, there are no additional taxes and we do not charge a launder or cleaning fee, we just ask that you leave our home in the condition that you received it in.
For your convenience we supply: Bed linens (sheets, pillowcases), pillows, blankets, quilts, bath and beach towels, dish and dishwasher soap, Brita water pitcher, paper towels and bath tissue, hair dryers, laundry detergent, drying racks, hangers, iron and ironing board, hampers and luggage racks. Six beach tags and pool bands are included for your use as well as, 4 beach chairs, umbrella,boogie boards and beach toys. Off-season rentals do not include linens,available upon request.
Bedrooms: Our home sleeps 6 with two Queen beds on the first floor and 1 king on the third floor. All of our beds are new and very comfortable. We also have a full-size pull-out sofa available in the living room on the second floor.
Amenities: We have a full kitchen with Range, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Coffee maker (Mr.Coffee and Keurig) Toaster Oven and Microwave. We also have a washer and dryer available. We have WIFI as well as a workstation with a monitor for those times when you may have to check in with work, just bring your laptop. USB keyboard and mouse also available for use. All our TVs are smart TV where you can connect to your Netflix account or other streaming services.
The Sans of Beach Haven Condo:
We have a heated pool, the hours are 10-6. Private access to the beach for the Sans condo guests only, no roads or parking lots to cross when going to the beach. Our private beach access is centrally located between the lifeguard station and a popular surfing location. We have a private parking space for your car with a spot for your bicycles as well, no searching for a parking space when you come home from dinner! Our home has a second floor balcony with 2 chairs and a small table which overlooks the pool with ocean views. The third floor sun deck has amazing ocean views as well as a retractable awning for those hot days. The sundeck has a table and 4 chairs perfect for outdoor dining as well as cozy string lights for a relaxing evening while listening to the ocean.
Attractions: Less than a mile to Bay Village, Fantasy Island Amusement Park and Thundering Surf Water Park. Walking distance to the bay and restaurants, shops, mini golf, market, ice cream shops, Surflight Theater, pharmacy and tennis courts. 45 minute car ride to Atlantic City or boat ride when in season. Local fishing charters available as well as surfing lessons.

A Beach Haven Retreat
It doesn’t get better than this amazing beautiful condo. On the ocean and heated pool. Decorated very beachy feel. Renovated, very clean. It’s a perfect location with two decks to sit out and see hear and smell the ocean! Walk to everything. Lots of room and very comfortable beds. You feel right at home. The owners couldn’t be any better with their hospitality and the amenities they provide. Loved it! Can’t wait to book another stay. This place does not disappoint..I don’t usually leave a review but this place is worth it! Thanks Christine. You made our stay enjoyable. She is always available if we had questions. Just book it!

Wonderful Condo in Great Location
We had a great stay! This condo has been so thoughtfully renovated and decorated, and is really well-maintained. The location can't be beat, it's right on the beach and there's a heated pool too. The condo is equipped with everything you need - the kitchen is well-stocked and it comes with beach chairs, an umbrella, even sand toys! Loved the easy walk to all our favorite Beach Haven restaurants and shops too!

A wonderful family week at the beach
We would highly recommend a small family stay at this excellent Oceanfront Condo. While we were just a family of three, six could fit comfortably here without problems. The ground floor has two queen-sized beds, a full bathroom, and a modern stackable washer and dryer. ( even the tiny things like a clothes drying rack for towels). The second floor has a nice living space, dining room, kitchen, and full bath. There is a small deck overlooking the pool. I used the desk to work 3 and 1/2 days while we were there. The top-floor suite is wonderful. Comfortable King bed. Nice deck with a view of the ocean. We cooked three dinners and a few lunches in the kitchen—ample kitchen supplies of pots, pans, and such. The pool was nice. The walkway to the beach and the clean-up hose were all plus. The unit had a great feel in South Beach Haven. Walking distance to everything in Beach Haven. Our 11-year-old soon loved the surf break two blocks south of the unit. Staying two weeks in 2024, just sent my first payment in today.

Comfy Stay
We had a really lovely stay at Chrissy and Brian's condo. Chrissy was extremely accommodating and communicative. The pool and proximity to the beach was a perfect combination for our 10-month old. Pearl St is a super quaint stretch of Beach Haven with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We hope to be back soon!

Excellent vacation
My family and I vacationed at Chrissy and Brian's condo in Beach Haven NJ and had a delightful relaxed time. The location is perfect. Easy access to beach. Quiet at night. Only decisions we needed to make were whether to go to the beach or the pool first and then what to have for dinner. Chrissy and Brian were responsive to all our needs in a timely manner and were quite impressive in their help. Would highly recommend this clean, warm and efficient property.

Beautiful and Immaculate Rental Right on the Beach
Brian and Christine are wonderful!!! They are so helpful and so accommodating. We visit LBI every summer and have never rented such a beautiful and immaculate place that is in such an amazing location. We cannot say enough great things about this rental- it far exceeded our expectations! We had already booked the following summer’s vacation as soon as we left. Can’t wait to go back!!!!

Coastal Shabby Chic Dream
We had a wonderful week of vacation at this "coastal shabby chic" condo that exceeded our expectations with its super close proximity to the beach. The living space was perfect for a family of 4 plus a few overnight visitors. The pool was a huge hit with my two small children, and they were able to walk the private path to the beach with ease. The beach has a lifeguard, but is not at all crowded! The water is crystal clear. The condo is tastefully updated and has everything you need. We enjoyed sleeping with the top deck's sliding doors open to hear the ocean, with the string lights as our "night light." The Surf Light Theater and ice cream shop are just a few blocks away, as is the Pearl Street Market. We also walked to the grocery store, mini golf, and ice cream shops. My kids loved the nearby arcade and water park, and walking around Bay Village shops was very relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway
We stayed in Brian & Christine’s immaculate condo and it was the perfect family location. Well-appointed with thoughtful extras and situated just steps from the beach, the pool was also a smash hit with the kids. The king bed on the third floor was extremely comfortable. The big kids loved having their own space on the ground floor. Spacious new fridge and great TVs added a luxurious touch. The best thing about this location is that it’s off the beaten path enough to be quaint and quiet, but close enough to town for your morning walk for coffee. We hope to return next summer!

Wonderful stay
A great hidden gem. Very close to the beach and a spectacular view. You can see the waves from your balcony. The interior was recently updated and has everything you need for a lovely stay. Brian and Christine were very personable and friendly. Any questions and they answered them right away. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Happy 4th of July! :)
We had a really nice time here. Enjoyed sitting on the upper balcony to have lunch and watching the ocean, as well as the sun setting at night. Nicely renovated bathrooms. The private walkway to the beach was great and convenient. Brian and Christine are lovely people, and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend their condo for a vacation on LBI.
