Escape to our stunning beach house on Long Beach Island for an unforgettable family vacation!
Just 9 houses away from the beach, our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home includes spacious and beautifully furnished living areas with multiple smart TVs to provide ample entertainment options for the whole family. In addition, our property boasts a variety of standout outdoor features that set us apart.
As soon as you pull into the driveway, you’ll see our covered outdoor bar area, complete with outdoor fridge, Bluetooth speaker setup, and yard games, which provides the perfect space to gather and enjoy a relaxing evening, seek shade from the sun, or continue the fun during a rain shower. This area is also home to our enclosed outdoor shower. Walk up the stairs and you’ll find the grill, right outside the kitchen for easy access. Further upstairs, our roof deck offers wonderful views and comfortable seating, allowing you to take in sunrises, sunsets, or even the occasional fireworks at BayView Park. The roof deck is also lined with enchanting LED lights that illuminate the night after the sun goes down.
Our modern amenities include Central Air, a gas grill, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. For your entertainment, we offer cable and streaming services like Netflix and Disney+. Additionally, our fenced-in yard is perfect for your furry family members, and we warmly welcome dogs. Please note that while one side of the fence is 3 feet high, the maximum allowable by town regulations, the rest is taller.
Downstairs, you'll find one bedroom with a full-sized bed and a desk area if work happens to call you away from your vacation, and a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs, the master bedroom awaits with its king-sized bed and smart TV, along with a second bedroom that features a bunk bed (full and twin) plus a separate twin/twin trundle. For extra sleeping space, there's a double-sized pull-out couch in the downstairs living room. All rooms will include pillows, blankets, and comforters; however, we kindly ask that you bring your own bed sheets and towels for a personalized touch.
The surrounding area also offers a wealth of attractions. You'll find yourself just a short walk away from either the beach or the bay views, and we’ve provided 8 beach badges so you can start your vacation right away.
Convenience is key, and our home is across the street from Barrel Surf Café for easy access to breakfast, lunch, and coffee, and a short distance from ice cream parlors and restaurants. Beach Haven and Bay Village are also just a short drive away, offering an array of shops, restaurants, amusement parks, and water parks for your amusement.

Beautiful house in Brant Beach
Our family (and dog!) had a wonderful week away at this property. Everything is as pictured, minus the linens, which we prefer to bring our own anyway. The kitchen is gorgeous and well appointed. Nice, big dining table and lovely areas to gather and watch TV. Beds are comfortable and the furniture and closets are clean. No musty odors like some other rentals. Upstairs master bedroom is beautiful and spacious. Both bathrooms are clean and water pressure is good. Unbelievable roof seating area for great sunset viewing. The bar space under the home is fabulous. Great space to gather and enjoy the breeze. The house is on a main street but the traffic wasn't noisy at all. Our dog loved the bar area as well. She was able to roam around. The side streets are great for dog walking too. The beach and bay are walk able and there are local places to eat. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home and we can't wait to return!

awesome time had by all-great house - great location - would highly recommend renting this house - there was a lot of renovations done-and the downstairs patio area-cannot put into words how much we enjoyed doing 5:00 there!!!! and the sunsets were gorgeous-on the top deck-would definitely rent again!!!! Maura
