Description
Tastefully decorated with a comfortable beach house theme, and ideally located on a quiet street but within walking distance to it all, this first level three bedroom home offers visitors the ultimate setting for a perfect vacation. Included is all that you will need to compliment your trip - beach badges, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys. For those with a competitive spirit, we also offer yard games, board games, toys and books to keep the family entertained. In the rear yard is a sitting area with Adirondack chairs and a beautiful gas fire pit for 8, picnic benches and a ring game to pass the evenings after a day on the bay or beach. There is also a large outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Guests will rest comfortably in one of two bedrooms with a queen size bed, or in the third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Additional comforts include Keurig, children toys, books, and smart TVs.
This property is perfectly situated steps from the bay on Engleside Avenue. You are in walking distance to all of the best restaurants in Beach Haven (including Tucker's, The Black Whale, The Gables, The Chegg, Uncle Will's, Holiday Snack Bar, Parker's Garage, Biggy's Beach Grill, Barry's, The Marlin, Buckalew's, Carmen's, Creperie de la Mar, Country Kettle Chowda, Panzone's, The Shack, Bistro 14, Engleside Inn, etc.) and your favorite beach and bay bars (including the Sea Shell Tiki Bar, Sand Bar, Bouy Bar, Bird & Betty's, Triton, etc.) are just steps away too!
Also located within a short walk is Murphy's Food Store, Bay Village, Thundering Surf, Ship Bottom Brewery, Beach Haven Yacht Club Marina, surfing beaches, paddle boarding, South End Surf Camp, Surflight Theater, Veteran's Park, public playgrounds, Morrison's Marina, Museum of NJ Maritime History, Long Beach Island Historical Society, tennis courts and many of Beach Haven's wonderful shops, spas and boutiques. Absolutely Perfect!
Our family had the best week in LBI at this rental. Super clean and the best location in the heart of LBI. Walking distance to just about everything and a wonderful outdoor porch in the front and firepit in the back. No carpeting and great floors, great aesthetic and again- super clean. We will be back!

Best vacation
We had the most wonderful week down the shore! Three families fit nicely in the 3 bedrooms. We enjoyed every meal out front on the large deck and enjoyed many nights out back by the fire pit! John got back to me quickly any time I had a question. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s the perfect location! No need to drive at all once you have arrived. The house is close to many restaurants, beach, bay and fantasy island! My boys also utilized the large outdoor shower every day after the beach. Definitely looking forward to renting again from John and Nicole!

Wonderful 2 Weeks
Our family of 6 spent 2 wonderful weeks at this property. From the beginning John was very prompt with his email responses and I was able to book this property very easily and have all of my questions answered. We found the house to be very clean and very nicely updated and decorated. As we were traveling from out of state it was the biggest help to have all linens and towels provided as well as beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. In the past we have had to rent all of this at previous rentals. Not only were linens and towels provided, there were plenty! The kitchen is very well stocked and has all you would need for cooking. We loved spending time on the beautiful front porch and ate our meals outside at the table. The back yard with the fire pit was great and we used the outdoor shower daily. We did rent bikes and there was plenty of room to lock them on the bike rack.
The location of this property is perfect- is is very close to bay which was great for fishing and crabbing and we rode bikes every day to the beach. The property is on a nice quiet street but also walkable to all the stores, restaurants, Fantasy Island and Bay Village. We truly loved our vacation here on LBI!

Perfectly Perfect
Wow! The location of this house is absolutely perfect! My family had a wonderful time exploring and getting to know LBI. This house had everything we needed. Having the linens provided was a huge help. One less thing to pack. There was also beach and bath towels to use, another added plus. We enjoyed time on the porch and family game nights outback at the fire pit. The backyard area is simply adorable. We loved being able to all sit around and chat and play games together. There is also plenty of room to park your bikes. There was a huge bike rack to use. My entire family brought their bikes and this was so nice to have. You can bike to everything you need in a matter of minutes. This house is located in the most perfectly perfect spot! Food stores, restaurants, liquor store, mini golf and so much more is minutes away. Every night, we walked to the bay to watch an amazing sunset. It takes less than a minute to get there and they have several benches for you to sit at. The house had everything we needed. We had a wonderful Fourth of July dinner and had plenty of cute serving dishes to use. The house had everything we needed for our vacation. Already looking forward to visiting again next year!

Fantastic Home with Thoughtful Amenities and Great Location
We had a great stay at John's home in the center of Beach Haven. It is located one block away from the main stretch of restaurants and nightlife - just park your car and leave it for the week! The location is perfect and remains quiet despite the proximity. We really enjoyed using the beach cruiser bikes that John provided to navigate the surrounding neighborhood and ride ~3-5 minutes to the beach. The apartment itself is very nicely appointed with comfortable and clean furniture. I cannot wait to come back for another stay soon!

Beachtown Bliss - Amazing Beach Haven Location!
This three-bedroom unit was perfect for my family of 6 to spend a long weekend in LBI. The house was immaculately clean and decorated so nicely with beach decor all around. My boys loved the bunk bed room while my daughters loved the third bedroom with their own TV as a hangout room. The master bedroom was beautifully decorated with full dresser and large closet. High quality towels and linens were included which made it so easy to pack just our beach towels for the trip. My kids loved playing the family games in the living room - the owners really thought of everything here. Also, they were amazing and gave us lot of ideas for where to go and what to do in LBI, since it was our first time there. The best part is that the beach, restaurants, shopping and entertainment were all walkable. There was a whole organized binder of things to do and a list of local information, complete with maps of the town. Best of all, we loved hanging out back at the fire pit with chairs all around. Beach Haven was a very nice, low-key, family-friendly town and along with this property, was exactly what we were looking for. It was really nice to spend some quality family time in such a nice setting and we hope to return sometime.

Bayside Beauty!
Awesome rental!! From communicating with John upon signing rental agreement to check out everything was perfect. House was pleasantly, perfectly clean! Bonus of included linens and towels! Beautifully decorated! We spent most of our time in the large front porch. House was fully equipped with everything. The kids loved all the games and toys including the wii. Fire pit was great at night. Close to all the best restaurants, but was still a quiet area. Would recommend!!

Fabulous in every way!
What a fabulous well appointed beach home! We couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The owners are wonderful to rent from and have thought of everything - keyless entry, perfect beach decor, smart TVs, tons of games, stocked kitchen and the list goes on. This home is immaculately clean and the location can’t be beat so the minute you walk through the front door, you are on vacation. We parked our car for the long weekend and enjoyed all that Beach Haven has to offer from our bikes. It was perfect in every way and my goodness the front porch! We could just sit there relaxing for days enjoying the breeze and scents of the beach. It truly is a perfectly cozy home and was more than comfortable for our family of four. Can’t wait to come back!

Girls WKND GETAWAY
I was thrilled to have found this rental right in the heart of all Beach Haven has to offer. My gals and I rang in our 40th birthday's in my favorite place, LBI. John's rental had top notch accomocations. Every detail has been thought out to make entertaining and enjoying your vaca a breeze. We LOVED the front porch as well as the fire pit at night. Total bonus that towels, sheets, beach chairs and even bikes are included. I can't wait to book again next year.

Wonderful stay for our family!
This home was perfect for our first family vacation! Plenty of space for 4 adults, one toddler and one baby. Decorated beautifully, comfortable, cozy, and immaculately clean. We loved the convenience to restaurants, Bay Village, shops and of course, the beach. We especially enjoyed late night dinners and cocktails out on the front porch.
