Open concept first floor living with one bedroom and a full bath. Second floor has two over sized bedrooms with a full bath. All bedrooms have large screen TVs. Outdoor living space with front covered porch and back porch with awning. Spacious outdoor shower and enclosed fenced backyard. At the end of the street is a guarded Bay Beach for Paddle Boarding, Crabbing and Sunsets. Only one mile north of Beach Haven which is a quick bike ride. This property is located in a relaxing family neighborhood where you can enjoy all the best attractions that LBI has to offer.

Great Location, Beautiful/CLEAN Home!

We can’t say enough good things about this property. It’s easily the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in and have been coming down to LBI for 30+ summers. The outdoor shower is incredible and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and have a ton of storage. We so appreciated the option to bring our Black Lab with us on vacation and love this neighborhood! Will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Great Fall Getaway stay

My family and I booked a stay in this house for a long October Weekend. Let me say that this house was a pleasure to visit. Very clean, centrally located to all that LBI has to offer. The house itself had generously sized bedrooms easily accommodating my family and my in-laws. The living space was very comfortable and the decks were great for morning coffee and an evening nightcap. Everything was as the owner stated in the property description. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here in the future.

Nice house but disappointing ending.

The house is beautiful and the location is good.

With that being said, the owner refused to give our family back our security deposit. He claimed that we dinged the dishwasher and sent a pic. We sent a pic back showing that it was there at least 23 hours into our arrival. He then said that he would give us the “remainder” after it was “fixed”. We haven’t heard back from him after several attempts to contact him. Extremely unprofessional.
