First floor includes open floor plan with kitchen, living room, dining room. Three bedrooms with one pull out couch in the living room, full bathroom and enclosed porch.
Second floor includes loft with luncheonette area, washer/dryer, bathroom/shower, a large bedroom with adjustable queen bed, and the loft has 5th bedroom with built in bunk beds. There is off street parking for 3 cars and 6 beach badges are included.

The back yard has a patio, outdoor shower, two tables, clothes hanger, and Weber grill.

If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

Best Spot in LBI!

My family and I stayed for the week (7 adults, 3 children) and it was the best location for a vacation at the beach! One block to the ocean and a block and a half to Fantasy Island and all the shops and restaurants. Couldn't have asked for a better spot! Michael Salkin, the owner of the house, was very accommodating with any questions/concerns I had during my stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect Beach House

A true gem in the heart of LBI. Close walk to the beach, bay village, coffee shops, restaurants - you can't beat the location...especially if you're vacationing with kids. We found the house to be updated, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with foam mattress tops (always a pleasant surprise with rentals) and plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and 2 kids. We were so happy Mike allowed us to bring along our dog, as it can be challenging to find pet-friendly rentals in LBI. The fenced in yard was just perfect. Would recommend this rental to anyone scrolling and debating if they should book :)

Charming Beach Cottage indeed!

Love this beach cottage! Great location-walk/bike everywhere! Park your car on property/off street & forget about it. Clean, neat…never know it is pet friendly (fully fenced in so great for both kiddos & pets). Pleasantly surprised by how deceptively spacious it is-high ceilings both down & upstairs (big plus for my 6’4” husband). Loved the front porch & at night you can hear the ocean sitting out back on the big patio area (can hear it in the early morning hours as well if kiddos &/or pups have you up-ha!). Owners are kind & easy to work with…reachable if need be. Will definitely be back!!!

Peaceful, convenient, spacious LBI home

Loved this beautifully appointed home in Beach Haven. Walkable to beach, Bay Village restaurants and shops. Lovely yard with plenty of seating for BBQs. The bedrooms were perfect, with 3 on ground floor, 2 upstairs. The front sunporch was perfect for puzzles, games and reading in the wicker chairs. This is my second time in this home and I'll be back !! The owner Mike was very hospitable and responsive to my questions. Highly recommend!!!

Great home, terrific location

Wonderful off season week. Well equipped home about a five minute walk to the beach or to Bay Avenue. Great time of the year to visit. Owner was super responsive to any questions or concerns.

Beach house close to everything

This home is charming and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach, close to Bay Village and well equipped. The spacious enclosed porch made for additional space for just hanging out, the backyard is large with plenty of seating. The bedrooms are super comfortable and loved that there is a perfect area on the second floor to work when we needed to.

The owner is super nice and made sure that our stay was everything we hoped it would be!

Summer 2022

We had a great experience with Mike and his home. It’s very difficult to find a place in LBI that is pet friendly, close to the beach, and at the center of Beach Haven where you can walk to so many places. The home provided everything we needed and we had a great experience. The upstairs area was also a nice way to have additional space if you have kids. Most importantly, Mike was responsive and genuinely cared about us having a nice experience in his home.

All that and more!!

Looking for a family vacation spot? This place is a jackpot! Perfectly spotless house with an unbelievably great location. Stayed 10 days- never got in the car until we had to pack up and go home. Walk a few blocks to the beach. Walk a few blocks the other direction to the main drag. House is well equipped with modern amenities including a full size washer and dryer & large Weber grill. Completely fenced in yard was great for our dog. Homeowners answer all your questions in a very timely manner. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect house in a great location!

We had a party of two families - 4 adults and 4 young kids - stayed here for a long weekend and had a fabulous time! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was also in a fabulous location! Walking distance to so many great restaurants as well as the shops at Bay Village. We were just a short walk to the beach. We had such a great time and Mike was a very attentive host making sure we had everything we needed in advance! We will likely be staying again!

Perfect in Every Way

The owner Michael was so easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions. The house is a home. We felt like we were in our own home by the beach. The property is large and fenced in which was a bonus for our dog and 7 year old daughter. The location is perfect for all the family fun. Walking distance to the beach and all the attractions. The upstairs is almost like an additional little apartment. Cannot say enough great things. Thank you Michael!
