This house was just renovated in 2020 that includes new Central air, brand new kitchen and the entire upstairs has been redone with new furniture including all new adjustable beds with memory foam mattresses. First floor includes open floor plan with kitchen, living room, dining room. Three bedrooms with one pull out couch in the living room, full bathroom and enclosed porch.
Second floor includes loft with luncheonette area, washer/dryer, ½ bathroom, a large bedroom with brand new adjustable queen bed, and the loft has 5th bedroom with new bunk beds with trundle. There is off street parking for several cars and 6 beach badges are included.
The back yard has an outdoor shower, two tables, clothes hanger, and Weber grill.

Wonderful off season week. Well equipped home about a five minute walk to the beach or to Bay Avenue. Great time of the year to visit. Owner was super responsive to any questions or concerns.

This home is charming and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach, close to Bay Village and well equipped. The spacious enclosed porch made for additional space for just hanging out, the backyard is large with plenty of seating. The bedrooms are super comfortable and loved that there is a perfect area on the second floor to work when we needed to.
The owner is super nice and made sure that our stay was everything we hoped it would be!

We had a great experience with Mike and his home. It’s very difficult to find a place in LBI that is pet friendly, close to the beach, and at the center of Beach Haven where you can walk to so many places. The home provided everything we needed and we had a great experience. The upstairs area was also a nice way to have additional space if you have kids. Most importantly, Mike was responsive and genuinely cared about us having a nice experience in his home.

Looking for a family vacation spot? This place is a jackpot! Perfectly spotless house with an unbelievably great location. Stayed 10 days- never got in the car until we had to pack up and go home. Walk a few blocks to the beach. Walk a few blocks the other direction to the main drag. House is well equipped with modern amenities including a full size washer and dryer & large Weber grill. Completely fenced in yard was great for our dog. Homeowners answer all your questions in a very timely manner. We will definitely be back!!

We had a party of two families - 4 adults and 4 young kids - stayed here for a long weekend and had a fabulous time! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was also in a fabulous location! Walking distance to so many great restaurants as well as the shops at Bay Village. We were just a short walk to the beach. We had such a great time and Mike was a very attentive host making sure we had everything we needed in advance! We will likely be staying again!

The owner Michael was so easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions. The house is a home. We felt like we were in our own home by the beach. The property is large and fenced in which was a bonus for our dog and 7 year old daughter. The location is perfect for all the family fun. Walking distance to the beach and all the attractions. The upstairs is almost like an additional little apartment. Cannot say enough great things. Thank you Michael!

My husband and I rented this Beach Haven house for a family vacation with my parents, my sister and brother-in-law, and our two dogs. It was the perfect house for all of us to spend the week in — we loved the open layout of the main level as well as the upper level with bedrooms, a bathroom, and mini kitchenette. Our dogs loved the fenced-in yard and the cozy sunroom porch.
This house is well-maintained with modern amenities while still keeping that classic beach house charm. It’s in an ideal location, too — just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, the local grocery store, Fantasy Island, and more. The owner, Mike, was helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and checked in via text to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely rent this house again!

We had a wonderful time at this beach house with my family. The house was clean and nicely decorated. I brought my puppy and having a fenced in property was a bonus as most houses in LBI do not have this feature. The layout of house made everyday functional use easy. We used the driveway, backyard, outdoor shower, and back door a lot which led into the kitchen. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. Sitting on the front steps or porch with my family in the late evening was one of my special moments there. The beach, water and sand play was so much fun. Watching the sunrise and sunset is a must. The house is walking distance from the beach; it was so easy to go home and then come right back for more sunbathing. Highly recommend this property without reservation.

From the initial phone call to check-out, the owner was helpful, with accurate explanations to questions and very informative. The house was very clean upon check-in and was very comfortable. But the location was fantastic! If you didn't want to drive, you didn't have to. We were within walking distance to shops, restaurants and with our 2 grandkids...Fantasy Island. Cannot recommend enough!

After spending many years at LBI as kids, my husband and I wanted to vacation with our children and their families. (3 grandchildren under the age of 6) What a great house to accommodate all of us! What a great location! Walking distance to the beach, Fantasy Island and shops and we got to include our dog too! The owner, Michael Salkin, was very accommodating and easy to reach for any answers. Would definitely think about staying here again.
