The home features two spacious living areas perfect for gathering, with plush seating, 55-inch and 65-inch large TVs, a wet bar, and a cozy gas fireplace. Whether you're unwinding with family or entertaining friends, each space is crafted to ensure memorable moments.
The home’s sleeping accommodations include two suites and three additional guest bedrooms, designed to comfortably host your family and friends:
Primary Suite: King-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and private TV for your own personal retreat.
Guest Suite: Queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and a deck offering spectacular views.
Additional Bedrooms: One room with a full-sized bed and twin trundle (perfect for kids), and two other versatile rooms. A crib is also available for your youngest guests.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes top-of-the-line appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. From quick breakfasts to elaborate dinners, the kitchen's cozy nook and open layout serve as the heart of the home, creating spaces for family meals and gatherings.
Outdoor living is an elevated experience here. The expansive roof deck offers panoramic views, while beach-level patios, with a bar, BBQ, fridge, and lounge seating, provide the perfect setting for entertaining. Enjoy dining al fresco at the table that seats 10 or relax on the private beach just steps away.
For the adventurous, we provide paddleboards, bikes, a surfboard, and a kayak for your use. Whether you're paddling in the bay, biking the island, or simply soaking up the sun, the possibilities are endless.
Located just a short stroll from the Brant Beach Yacht Club, our home offers more than just a place to stay—it’s a destination for making lifelong memories. Families come together to enjoy breathtaking sunsets, tranquil waters, and everything Long Beach Island has to offer.

Cancellation Policy: Written cancellations only. Full refund available if rebooked at the same rate, minus a 15% re-listing fee. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Deposit: 50% deposit due at booking; balance due 45 days prior to check-in.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Private Beach Bliss: Our Dream Rental on Long Beach Island
We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful rental house in LBI, NJ. The home is right on a private sand beach, which was incredibly peaceful and serene. Every evening we watched the most stunning sunsets over the ocean from the comfort of the house's deck.
The rental includes exclusive use of not one but three huge cabanas right on the sand. We spent lazy afternoons lying out on the beach under the shade of the cabanas, and took refreshing dips in the ocean whenever we felt like it without having to share the beach with other tourists.
The house itself provided everything we could have wanted for a relaxing beach vacation. The living spaces are bright and airy with huge windows overlooking the ocean. The bedrooms are tranquil and comfortable. The kitchen has top-notch amenities.
Overall our rental experience exceeded our expectations. LBI is a charming beach community and this property gives you access to a secluded, picturesque section of beach while still being close to attractions and conveniences when wanted. We can't wait to book our next vacation at this little slice of shoreside paradise!

This house is everything you could hope for an more! Immaculate condition, ultra clean, plenty of room for all, spectacular views and incredible property! The owner is great with communication and very accommodating! Highly recommended!
