One-of-a-kind beautiful home in Beach Haven perfect for large families, reunions, weddings and other special occasions.
With two units - a modern 6 bedroom house and a brand new 2 bedroom cottage - there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy LBI. The main 6 bedroom house features new hardwood floors, a large living room area with plenty of seating and big flat screen tv, a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and huge center island, two new bathrooms, and a washer and dryer room.
The brand new cottage, located just behind the main house, features another living room area with flat screen tv, eat-in-kitchen with appliances, bathroom, and two bedrooms. Outside, 5 decks and porches with tables, lounging chairs, and grill provide a great setting to barbeque and enjoy the weather.
The house location is perfect and walking distance to everything. The ocean is a block away, where there is a pavilion to sit in the shade and enjoy the ocean. Tennis courts and a playground are across the street, the award-winning 'Pearl St. Market' is on the corner, and excellent restaurants and Fantasy Island amusement park are only a few blocks away.

My family has been vacationing on LBI for years. There are about 18 adults coming and going during the week. We have stayed at many different properties. They all have good and bad features in the eyes of the beholder so I will provide some information and you can decide for yourself if this home might be right for you. We had a great week and the house/cottage suited us quite nicely. The location is in the heart of Beach Haven and within reasonable walking distance of many things. Pearl Street market is a few doors down and we enjoyed having it so close by (great food, a little pricey), there is a grocery store, liquor store, ice cream, shops, tennis courts (day pass is $7 per person when manned) and a view of the beach sunrise and bay sunset a few blocks away. RE COVID-19, the home was sanitized and deep cleaned before our arrival using a non-toxic fogging solution. More details of the nature of the fogging were provided to us before our arrival. We also provided all our own pillows and blankets in addition to providing our own sheets and towels. I felt both were reasonable and appreciated that there had been consideration of how to approach the situation. Our check-in was 1 hour later and check-out was 30 minutes earlier but again, reasonable in my opinion. The cottage was perfect for those in our group “at risk” as a way to enhance social distancing and limit potential exposure due to touch-points. We all met and/or ate on the back deck (close to cottage) and it worked out very well. The deck is partially shaded (including a tree) and has two levels and two tables to seat everyone. The rear sliding glass door was a little hard to open and close so everyone got a bit of a workout for the week. Among the 8 total bedrooms between the house and cottage there are 16 sleeping spots if all beds are used to capacity. The sofa in the house is quite large and can comfortably accommodate at least two people for sleeping no matter how tall they are. There is limited space in the bedrooms for any additional cots, air mattresses etc. but they could be used in the open spaces in the living areas. The house has room air conditioners and they got the job done but are a little loud if you aren’t used to them. There are skylights in the upstairs bedrooms so they are bright in the morning. The stairs were carpeted but a little steep and narrow. The cottage has a kitchenette - stovetop only plus a microwave, regular coffee pot, sink, limited dishes, no toaster. The house had a nice kitchen with an island, microwave, oven, toaster, regular coffee pot, dishwasher (quiet), big fridge, blender. We found this house kitchen had a pretty good assortment is utensils, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, a grater, measuring cups, measuring spoons, a wisk and we were able to cook for all every night using what was there and some creativity usage. We ate very well!! Rental kitchens are never perfect, especially if you are a cook (we have several!), but this one wasn’t bad. We come prepared with zip lock bags, tin foil, press and seal, a sharp knife, scissors, seasonings, and make the best of it. The wifi worked, including several people working remotely. 8 Beach badges were provided and we greatly appreciated that convenience. You can buy more a few blocks away on the beach side if needed. We didn’t have any toilet issues and that is always a plus as we have had them on occasion over the years with toilets that don’t flush well. Street parking was good and we didn’t have to move cars due to parking limits or neighbors who claim the entire street is their driveway. We would definitely stay in this home again!!

Amazing Beach Haven location. Walk to everything- beach, restaurants, mini golf, markets, liquor store, bay, all activities. Home is in need of updates and repairs. Mold in the showers and a broken main kitchen freezer. Previous guests left an enormous amount of garbage.

I just came home from a one week vacation in Beach Haven. I rented this house for a family reunion of 20 people. I could not have been happier with the 2 houses and the location. The houses are well maintained. They are absolutely perfect. Both houses have open floor plans, attention to detail, and everything we could have possibly needed was included. The backyard and deck fit my whole family as we enjoyed barbecuing and evening conversations. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and plan on returning the summer of 2017.

Just got back from an amazing family reunion at this awesome house! It was great having enough bedrooms for 20 people. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed! There were two refridgerators, a grill for bbqing and tons of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful weather. And the location was so convenient. We could easily walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife! And I absolutely loved the cottage space, great little quiet area away from the main house. I hope to be back next year!

Stayed at this beach house for the time and had a great experience. First, the location is excellent. Both beach and bay are a minute walk away from the property. A small market on the corner is a real bonus. A liquor store is a block away for beer, wine, spirits and ice. A grocery store, a variety of restaurants and shops are all walking distance. The main house has a great main floor open living area with a large kitchen, a big island and small dinning table all flowing into a very comfortable TV area. The bedrooms are all fine for a beach house. The back decks are a beautifully shaded space with 2 tables and 14+ chairs. The shade trees are a haven for birds which are a nice sound in the morning / evening. The additional two bedroom cottage is well laid out and a comfortable place for some quiet time. There are 3 other decks, a good outside shower and hoses. The kitchen is VERY well appointed with cups, plates, wine glasses, bowls, pots, pans, cutlery...etc. The laundry area is basic. There are no TVs in the bedrooms, but I don't find that to be a problem with all the great public space for gathering with family and friends. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed

My family and I have stayed here for more than 5 summers and we absolutely love it. We are able to enjoy the home as a large family, just for our kids, and then have adult time as well. The home is well taken care of and has been a staple in our summers for a long time. My husband proposed to me there and we enjoyed our honeymoon there. We are enjoying watching our children and extended family enjoy themselves each passing year. With 18+ adults and 2 small children we are able to find walking distance places to enjoy our selves, bath with hot water after the beach, and all find a seat in the living room!!

Stayed there last year after the poor owners had to renovate after the distructive stay of the people before us..that would be 'Adam' of 8/14/10!! Owners did a magnificient job of cleaning out the mess left by poor renters before we checked in. We had such a nice week with lots of space for family, close to beach, restaurants, shopping, amusements in a peaceful environment. Never used our cars for a week! We went again in June this year and it only gets better! The family type home makes all feel welcomed and we just hate to leave!

Have stayed here many years and enjoy coming back. The owners continue to update the house each year. Love being able to park the car and walk to the restaurants, grocery store, bars and grabbing a cup of coffee at Pearl St Market.

I stayed there last year with my family and some friends for a week. The floors and rugs were smelly and gross. The place needs a complete renovation. We have to scrub the entire house top to bottom before letting our children crawl and play. We even had to scrub the deck.

Absolutely great hous and location for our BIG family vacation. Plenty of space in the house on on the decks; well stocked kitchen gear, parked the car for the week and walked to restaurants, grociery store & entertainment and a very short walk to the beach. Loved it so much we're coming back this year.
