The house is Oceanside, 9 houses from the beach, and has 4 decks, including a roof deck with outstanding views. The deck of the kitchen provides outdoor dining and a New Weber grill. it is a fenced in property, with 2 outdoor showers, a convenient feature, when you are coming right off the beach. After the kids go off to sleep, the adults can take up a game of pool in the upstairs bar area.

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Another special stay at this beautiful home
This was our 2nd stay at this home & we will definitely be back. Home is spacious & just a few houses from the beach. I especially love that the home comes with so many bikes for guest use. They were just the right daytime activity when we had a beautiful, sunny Winter afternoon. Host is communicative & provides all the info you’ll need for your stay. I absolutely would recommend this home for your future LBI stay.

Perfect Beach Week
Absolutely wonderful stay! House is in an amazing location - easy, quick walk to both the beach and the bay, and close to the many restaurants/entertainment/grocery store/markets of Beach Haven and surrounding neighborhoods. The house is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and spacious and equipped with all you need to cook, get to the beach with ease (beach carts/lots of chairs), and relax both indoors and outdoors. Fun game room and outdoor putting green, relaxing outdoor deck with comfortable couch, tables and lounge chairs. Very comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. Lots of space for both adults/kids. Overall highly recommend and John was very accommodating and seamless to communicate with!!

Perfect Beach Getaway
We absolutely love this house! It is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and just a short walk to the beach. We have rented this house every summer for the past few years, and it never disappoints. The attention to detail and the overall comfort make it a perfect getaway. We are already confirmed to return next year and can't wait. Highly recommend!

Simply the best!
Our third year returning and this home continues to amaze us! It is spacious enough for our three families, clean and perfectly located! House comes equipped with plenty of chairs, umbrellas and bikes. Owner is easy to work with, can be contacted at any time and is always attentive to our needs. Cannot recommend enough!

Fabulous
Rented this home w 4 couples over NYE weekend. This home was magnificent , clean , updated , modern. Had all amenities. Open floor plan and rooms were great size. We had the bet time and the host made sure are stay was a 5 Star !!

Thanksgiving 2023
Frank's Princess is a wonderful home and was a great place to stay with our family of 16 this year. The house was large enough for us all, but had plenty of room for someone to escape the crowd. It was incredibly well stocked for a great get-together, even though it was late November instead of summertime! John is very responsive - even on Thanksgiving Day with an issue we had with a sink drain. He and Delores are wonderful hosts - this is our 4th time staying in one of their homes. Will have no hesitation to stay there again in the future.

Beach paradise
Wonderful beach home, large beach house plenty of room for all. Three decks, beautifully decorated. John (owner) supplies beach chairs, badges, umbrellas, boogie boards, and carts. We have been repeat renters for three years!!! Great house on LBI

Speechless...
My wife & I have spent a week with our family of 16 children & grandchildren at 4 E Culver Ave in LBI the past 2 years. We came back again because it was the perfect vacation home! Large Bedrooms & Bathrooms, spacious living rooms and fully equipped kitchen highlight the interior. Add to that a game room with a pool table and shuffleboard table are further highlights of the home. The 12 bicycles, variety of water toys, bocce court & golf putting green on the property only add to the enjoyment! The owner provide beach passes for everyone. On a scale of 1 to 10 this home is easily 15 & the perfect vacation home on the Jersey Shore.
