No Pets Allowed. Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing to the Owner. If the property is re-rented for the cancelled period, Owner will return all rent paid up to the cancellation date minus a 25% cancellation fee. The Owner will make good faith efforts to re-rent the Property at the same rates. In addition, if the Property is not re-rented, any monies paid to the Owner (except the Security Deposit) will be retained as liquidated damages.

Payment Terms: 50% plus the security deposit due at the time of the signed contract 50% remainder of the payment due 30 days prior to the start of the rental
