CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.

Amazing people
Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay while in Ship Bottom, LBI. The location of the house is incredibly convenient to all areas and the access to the beach was fabulous....
Eileen Hessel is highly professional and an amazing person. She would bring us fresh oysters and local scallops on top of addressing immediately our EVERY request day or night. She’d come over with a handyman on a Sunday to fix a screen we broke, or bring a new table lamp my son has grounded.
What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. We cant wait to come back!
