Mostly good, but house needs some love.
We loved the location, just 3 from the ocean, we loved the hot tub on the roof. We had 7 adults, plus family dog, and it was great in many ways, we also hosted an additional 10 for a baby shower, the living room/kitchen space is nicely laid out.Everything worked well, except a couple ceiling fans. The house needs some love though, broken closet doors, rusty door jams, grill wasn't clean and nearly started a fire, and the bikes are all rusty and don't work, so don't count on them. Plenty of chairs and boogie boards and other stuff in garage. But for a dog-friendly house, which we needed, it was good. Rental agent was very responsive for the couple things I asked for during the week.

Amazing stay - excellent decor, comfort, proximity to beach
Our family had a wonderful time at this property. It is nicely updated and designed well. The proximity to the beach (maybe 50 feet to the beach walkway) was really nice. We didn't have to put on shoes all week. The kitchen/living area is big, bright, and clean. It was great for entertaining friends and the 3rd floor patio had a nice peak of an ocean and was very private. One of our biggest highlights was the rooftop hot tub - we went up every night and sat in the hot tub to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The best part is we were able to bring our golden retriever - which is extremely hard to find pet friendly properties on LBI! We will definitely be coming back again! 5-stars!

Horrible
I stayed at this house in August and I was so disappointed! First of all they were suppose to have house cleaned it was not! When we got there there was dog poo on the rugs and bathroom shower was completely dirty...floors weren't even vacuumed sand everywhere. Comforters in bed had stains plus there were no blinds or curtains in bathroom windows and neighbors were able to see in. My suggestion for this rental STAY AWAY!!!!

Amazing Home - Beach Chic Decor - Very Clean - Steps To The Beach
Had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very well decorated, clean, and comfortable. We slept a family of 8 quite comfortably and having our pup was a huge added bonus. It's so hard to find nice homes that are pet friendly. We loved the location of this house - super close to the beach, great shopping & restaurants, and it was a quiet street where kids could play. We will definitely be staying again!
