5404 Long Beach Blvd is located in BRANT BEACH. These contemporary New Construction Side by Side Duplex Units feature high ceilings and tons of light. They are ideal for large family gatherings or a multi-family rental since the property is two fully functioning separate units within one property. There is room for the crew to all get together but still have your privacy. Best of both worlds! Each unit features 1400sf of living space with its own private kitchens, 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Renting the whole house gives you a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 full bath, and 2 half baths. The units are laid out for reverse living with the two main bedrooms (each with Queen sized beds), two full sized baths and laundry on the lower level. The Upper level has an open kitchen/living area, a powder room and a third smaller bedroom with bunks beds (Full over Full). There are multiple smaller deck/balcony spaces and two huge luxurious roof decks with breathtaking sunrise/sunset views. The property is only 8 houses to the beach and 2 blocks to the bay in Brant Beach.
Brant Beach is a one of the narrower sections of the island, so we are situated SO close to both the Beach and the Bay. It’s definitely one of the quieter and least crowded sections of the Island but it’s still so close to shops, restaurants and fun! The house about a mile from the Acme (grocery store), Ice cream shops and we are close enough to the beach (short 3 minute walk) that you can easily make a quick pit stops back to the house if need be for bathroom, naps, lunch and restocking beverages during your beach days. We are right at the intersection of 54th and Long Beach Blvd with a traffic light and crosswalk/sidewalks so crossing to the Beachside is simple and safe. Evenings can be spent on the huge roof-top deck overlooking the amazing Barnegat Bay sunsets and Boat Watching on the Intercoastal Waterway.

Long Beach Island is a barrier island 18 miles long off the coast of New Jersey. At its widest point it is about half a mile wide and at its narrowest only a couple blocks. This shore point is known to be a quant family-friendly destination with beautiful white sandy beaches. Sun, Fun and Relaxation all in one spot. There is something for everyone. The Beaches are beautiful and not over-crowded, there are waterparks and amusement rides, amazing restaurants and Ice Cream parlors. Plenty of entertainment like the Surflight Theater, Showplace, Miniature Golf, Rides/Games, and of course great shopping!
Parking: There is room for two parking spots out front of each unit plus as many parking spaces as you need within the side streets of 54th and Kirkland Ave.
Distance to Beach: 8 short houses to the Beach (about a 3 min walk) and we are at a streetlight with a cross walk!
Sleeping Accommodations: TWO SIDE BY SIDE UNITS EACH OFFER: Two main bedrooms each with Queen Beds. The Master has a full bathroom attached. Second Full bath is off the main hall. Third smaller bedroom is on the Upper level with a Full over Full bunk bed (potentially sleeps 4). There is another half bath across from this bedroom. All bedrooms have TVs, cable lines and Wi-Fi access. The living rooms have a Modular Sectional couch that can be easily arranged for sleeping use (potentially sleeping 2 additional)
Kitchen: Each unit has its own full kitchen offering a large 36” Side by Side refrigerator with ice maker, Stove/Range, Microwave & Dishwasher. Kitchen stocked with all the equipment and utensils you need to cook and dine in. Coffee machine, blender, toaster, griddle, pots/pans, bottle openers

The house was beautiful, but right on the main strip so was loud and also not the safest if you have small children. I would have rated our stay 5 stars, but I'm rating this property a 3 due to the fact that the owner, Eric, was extremely rude. We had some maintenance issues during our stay that needed fast attention (it took 3 days for him to come), which I never complained about. I was completely understanding about it. However, after we left he charged us for a missing beach badge (that I know was there when we left), it was $50, really not a big deal but when I questioned him about it he was short via text and then stopped responding. When I finally called him he was unprofessional and ended up hanging up on me. We were looking to possibly rent from him again but due to how he treated me on such a minor issue, he made our decision easy. Also, I rent vacation homes so I get it... I understand these issues happen but I have NEVER treated a current or past guest with this much disrespect. There are so many options in LBI, think twice about this one!

I stayed with my family to celebrate our son' high school graduation the week of June 16 and we had an amazing time renting the entire house. This property is very family friendly and the location is great! The owners have taken so much thought & consideration into their property that it literately felt like a home away from home. Looking for some LBI paradise, this is the location and we can't wait to return.
